I’m the co-founder of a merchandise manufacturer. We create clothing lines for YouTube and TikTok influencers.

What challenges were you trying to address with 90291 Studio?

We needed help designing our marketing material, including clothing and social media.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

90291 Studio provided graphic design services for us, which we wanted to use for our social media posts and clothing garments. They made the final deliverables based on the mock-ups they gave me to get a glance at how everything would look if it were a post on Instagram or TikTok and t-shirts. This way, it was easy for us to envision and get a glance at the final product.

Regarding the process, we started by having an initial call to discuss the project's scope. Three days after, they got back to me with different design options for this project depending on the degree of services and deliverables I needed. We also gave 90291 Studio's team our customers' websites so they could take a look and take them as a reference. Later on, I picked an option and proceeded with the project. A week after that, they sent me the first drafts so I could provide feedback on them, and they could make the final product based on my revisions, which they sent to me via email.

Someone referred 90291 Studio to us, and we decided to contact them. After an initial conversation and agreeing on reasonable pricing, we decided to give them a shot.

We worked together from October 2022–March 2023.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

On the social media side, 90291 Studio gave us material we can offer our customers so they can apply it on their social media channels. In addition, our customers absolutely loved their deliverables and said that it was exactly what they wanted. Overall, we only got positive feedback on 90291 Studio work.

How did 90291 Studio perform from a project management standpoint?

90291 Studio stayed on budget, delivered everything on time or even before, and asked great questions to ensure a thorough understanding of our requirements. In terms of tools and communication, we used emails and phone calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

90291 Studio’s ability to deliver a quality product that fit our needs was the best part of working with them because I got what I wanted.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I didn’t think there was anything they could improve on, and I’d use them in the future.

I recommend coming prepared for the project so you can give them good examples of what you’re looking for so they can provide exactly what you need.

We hired eledeese for a full Rebranding of the image of our Company and Brand.

They took the control of the Image of our Brand and make it look awesome. Starting from the smallest things to the more importants, thats our final product. Car Customization. We customize luxury cars. And the image of our Brand was not at the same level of the work we do. So they basically made a whole Rebranding. Interior Design of our Warehouse, Staff Clothing, Personal Cards, they created a Brand Guide for all the employees to follow. and so much more!

we continue working with them. They have a monthly fee with us. We work with 4/5 of them, Designers, Marketing specialist, Product Development, Manufacturing.

We have 2 new business units, operating that were created by eledeese. The Whole Apparel and Accessories line, and the Franchising model. We grow or clients a lot. From 2 new _Clients every month to 10 or more. And we Sell 20.000 Units of clothing per Year. We also have 5 Franchisers operating our Brand in Asia.

They worked fast and make a quick implementations of everything working together with our team. We still working with them because we both believe in long term relationships. And of course things take time. But its a pleasure when you invest your time with high quality professionals like them and more when you see your sales growing!

The get fully committed with the Brand. They are more committed than me and im the owner ! Its a plaseure to work with professionals like them.

Our company was founded in 1995, in California. Our first brand was etnies, and it was followed immediately by three other brands. I’m the international sales manager, and I’m in charge of the licensing of our brands and the selection of the people who are going to manage each brand in different countries around the world.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We’ve had years’ worth of marketing, branding, and web development work with eledeese studio. They’ve worked in different markets, but when it comes to design, they strictly work with the Californian department of our company. Their team facilitates shoots, designs products, magazines, billboards, and catalogs, and differentiates any super similar brands that we may have. 

We also rely on them to plan and manage our events and campaigns. At one point, they were in charge of a massive, 15,000-person event which we held across LA, New York, Argentina, and the Netherlands. 

On top of those, eledeese studio controls the licensing of our brands around the world. They coordinate with licensees and other marketing and design agencies from the UK, Spain, Brazil, and Canada. Those agencies did the same volume of work as eledeese studio but for different markets, in a different language, and through different communication channels.

What is the team composition?

I’m always in contact with the marketing manager and the designer. They’ve changed their team structure over the years, but they’ve always had one head of marketing and one creative director. 

How did you come to work with eledeese studio?

We first met at a trade show in Las Vegas, and we hired them because they were recommended to us. 

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve invested around $500,000–$1 million in the past five years. Each of the sites we’ve made cost $150,000, and all of our marketing efforts entailed their own expenditures.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with eledeese studio around May 2009, and it’s an ongoing engagement.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

When we were just starting out with eledeese studio, we were only selling around 600 pairs of shoes per year. Thanks to five years of licensing, design, and marketing work, we now sell around 100,000 pairs on a yearly basis. It has taken a lot of time, but it has resulted in a lot of sales.

How did eledeese studio perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re amazing, and I feel like they’re my own team. We communicate through email and phone or in person. We don’t do video conferences.

What did you find most impressive about them?

It was very fortunate that our professional paths crossed each other. They’re an amazing company. They’re flexible in their thinking, and the atmosphere around them is great. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I don’t think so.

My advice is to go with eledeese studio, 100%. Don’t doubt it.
