What was the scope of their involvement?

Prior to signing the contract, the scope of involvement was unreserved. It was obvious that Kwiatkowski was trying very hard.

What is the team dynamic?

I did not feel too much involvement in the work on my website, but only after signing the contract.

Kwiatkowski is my cousin's friend with whom he studied. My cousin asked me to give Kwiatkowski a positive opinion on your website. I shared with Kwiatkowski my profile on https://www.linkedin.com/ and Kwiatkowski wrote himself a positive opinion as he wanted in English. As soon as the opinion was written, I decided that I would use his services and commissioned him to position my website and it was my mistake.

How much have you invested with them?

Even before signing the contract, I invested a lot of my time to present Kwiatkowski my expectations and tell him in detail about my company, so that he would know how to properly approach the positioning of my website. The monetary costs I incurred were = PLN 4,190

What is the status of this engagement?

Kwiatkowski was supposed to work on my website for 4 months. After 3 months, he broke off with me without informing me, neither by phone nor by e-mail. The invoices he issued me were paid regularly to his bank account.

How did your relationship with the vendor evolve?

Before signing the contract, the commitment and fight for the potential client was visible. After signing the contract, he tried to work there for 2 months. After that, I didn't notice any involvement. I tried to contact him by phone, but he did not answer and did not call me back.

SEO expert Karol Kwiatkowski failed to complete the project. Promised a lot and did almost nothing. We agreed that he would work 10 hours a month for 4 months. After 3 months, he ended his cooperation with me without informing me at all. During these 3 months, he focused only on analyzes that did not increase the page's position at all. He charged me money for a sponsored link and didn't add that link at all. In this way, he tried to deceive me or extort extra money.

Only after my intervention did he return the money for the unplaced link. If I hadn't reminded myself, the money probably wouldn't have come back to me. Doesn't always answer the phone and doesn't call the customer back. He signs contracts that he does not fulfill. He asks his friends to add positive opinions to your website, where these friends have not used his services at all and have no grounds to leave a credible and true opinion. I am disappointed with the cooperation with Karol Kwiatkowski.

Before signing the contract, he promised a lot and had a lot of ideas on how to improve the position of my website in search results. He was supposed to work on my website for 4 months, 10 hours a month. After less than 3 months, he quit his job completely without informing me in any way.

I haven't noticed any commitment on his part, as well as an improvement in the visibility of my website in search results for the period when he was supposed to work on it.

How was project management handled?

Very poorly. In the first month I received an e-mail report and the scope of work that Kwiatkowski had done on my website. I didn't get any reports for the next few months. It was only when I asked for it that he sent it to me by e-mail.

Is there anything that the vendor did well or that you would consider a strength?

The strong point was definitely keeping an eye on his settlements so that the invoice would reach me on time.
Before signing the contract, the fight for a potential client. Once the contract was signed, his involvement in the project and work fell to the second plan.

In what specific areas can they improve?

In fulfilling contracts and what is agreed not only by e-mail, but also by phone.
To answer the phone, and if he can't talk at the moment, he should call customers back in his free time. More commitment to work and to see its effects.

What advice do you have for clients with similar needs to yours?

My needs were not excessive. Kwiatkowski did not meet them and did nothing that would make me happy. My advice is not to use Kwiatkowski's services.
