Jay supported the Snap Refund project with UI/website design updates and visual refinement for key parts of the platform and marketing site. The scope included improving the overall look and feel, aligning imagery and copy, refining important sections like the hero area, claims process, feature highlights, team section, and FAQ/news areas, and making sure the design stayed consistent with the brand. Key deliverables included updated design assets, revised page visuals, layout improvements, and polished user-facing sections that made the experience more professional, clear, and engaging.
