Our business was in transformation and we had to adapt our technology with a new cloud solution and transition in line with our business growth strategy

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We have selected them because they have a complete vision of our sector of activity and they already know our process

They defined the best architecture and selected the partners we need to call on to help our teams with a good follow-up to carry out the project.

Their had a CIO, on demand, and expert for cloud and its deployment, with a project IT manager

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We implemented the project on time and under the initial budget and we increased the productivity of 50 people by more than 20%

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The meeting was mainly virtual and we mainly communicated with a video solution and we used a collaboration platform to exchange information and files.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They worked as if they were part of our company and have the same objective for the success of the project

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Having people with experience like they are in our company to help out on various issues, but that was not the scope of this project.

We started implementing SAP (S4), “Order to cash”. Project went terribly bad, way over budget and we felt we needed some help to rethink our approach, and restructure before going to the next phase, “Process end production”.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We’ve known Integra-co (Eficio) for a long time, and anytime we need help with experienced people, or specific projects where we don’t necessarily have the resources, Eficio is a great company to turn to.

I was not the owner of the project, but I had to get involved. They worked directly with me. They found the right resources to tackle this project, we met, they met the people involved in the project. They made an audit and came with proposals that made sense to me.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

They started with 2 and added another one later on. One that really knew ERP’s. Eficio have many resources and contacts and that’s the way they work, they find the right people for the project.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We ended up restructuring my IT department, even hire a VP IT, which we didn’t have but desperately needed. Eficio made it easier for me to see clearly and make big decisions that were required.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We work well with Eficio. They are knowledgeable and accustomed to tackle specific projects like mine. They know there way around my company and work with my people directly.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Experience, efficient, and they are not there just to bill hours. We trust them and we have mutual respect.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Overall, they do the right things, and that’s what counts for me. We’re all humans, nobody is perfect, and it takes two to tango…

We hired Eficio to manage the IT function and provide a IT/IS strategy that included cybersecurity diagnostics and improvement plan.

Eficio was recommended from another partner, where they had filled a similar role

We initially asked Eficio to do a detailed analysis of our infrastructure and propose a plan over 2-3 years to improve & secure

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

With had a CIO that spend 2-3 days/week on site working with the different departments, analyzing and evaluating what needed to be improved, replaced or eliminated... The vendor supplied other resources as and when required.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They provided management with a structured plan that identified the priorities and the efforts (equipment and resources) required to meet our targets.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

There was good collaboration between their team and us, and the CIO-on-demand quickly became one of our own.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their obvious competence and expertise that was lacking within our team at that point.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

It is important that the scope is well defined and the actions are tracked and reviewed on a regular basis.
