**The Review** — May 13, 2022

**Feedback Summary**: Although the engagement is still ongoing, EDSA has provided great support to the client. Within two years, the client has had more than 20 bots working nonstop — processing 60,000 transactions monthly. The client is particularly satisfied with the team's collaborative approach to the project.
""I appreciate that they have a full understanding of our industry and a continuous improvement mindset.""

**BACKGROUND**
Please describe your company and your position there.

I´m Head of Innovation of a big-sized insurance company, we covered 2,5 million employees in a workers´ compensation industry

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
For what projects/services did your company hire EDSA?

Our company have a lot of claims, and each one required many transactions. Most of them are manual, rule based and repetitive, so RPA(Robotic Process Automation) helps us to reduce time, costs and errors.

**SOLUTION**
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We search online for RPA consultants in our area and shortlist 3. After interviewing them, we chose this vendor based on their experience and service package. They are serious, honest, reliable and responsible.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

They help us to identify a proper process, but most important they showed us the way we had to run this project. They gave us tools, ideas, organization and know how. After choosing a transaction to automate they interviewed the responsible area and educated them in order to work with RPA. The vendor prepared the solution and delivered it in a record time and walked with us in this new way of understanding our processes and business. In 2020 we started together a discovery journey.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

A project manager was our main point of contact, but an architect, a functional analyst and a programmer were the rest of the team.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Two years later we have more than 20 bots working 24/7, processing 60,000 transactions monthly and we can reduce time, costs and errors. We are increasing numbers every day and without RPA our operations would probably be in stress.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We daily talk and stay in touch, they work hard and deliver solutions in real time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I appreciate that they have a full understanding of our industry and a continuous improvement mindset.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We don´t have areas for improvement, if they had before we had worked together in order to solve it.

Project Leader, Omint ART S.A.
- Industry: Other industries

- Client size: 201-500 Employees
- Review Type: Online Review
- Verified

**The Review** — Apr 8, 2022

**Feedback Summary**: EDSA continues to collaborate with the client for the development. They have been discussing requirements and plans together, and the vendor has been providing deliverables on time. Up to the present time, the vendor has been regularly communicating with the client regarding the project's progress.

""Their commitment and sense of permanent collaboration in the face of any business need have been impressive.""

**BACKGROUND**
Please describe your company and your position there.

Omint ART, insurance company that covers work risks. My position is Project Leader.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
For what projects/services did your company hire EDSA, and what were your goals?

The company contracted Edsa to carry out the start up of ART in 2013. Then we continued working with Edsa to expand the functionalities of the system and come up with a solid product, also adapting it to the requirements of the organisms that regulate us in Argentina.

**SOLUTION**
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We selected him because we had already worked with them in another insurance company and ART and the experience had been very good. They are very professional, they are always up to date on all technological advances and we trust them a lot.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

The works have different stages. In principle, an analysis is carried out and different development alternatives are evaluated. Then we move forward with the design, development, internal tests, UAT tests and production start-up, also providing post-implementation support in production. At all stages, we work side by side with analysts and leaders of the contracting company.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Approximately fifteen people have collaborated directly with me as functional analysts, developers, programmer analysts and project leaders.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

A joint planning is always carried out in order to fundamentally comply with the requirements of the organisms that regulate us. Regarding these requirements, the requested deadlines are always met. All plans are reviewed permanently and in the event of any deviation, different actions are evaluated and carried out, either to provide a solution at the moment or so that it does not happen again in the future.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Communication is permanent by mail, telephone, whatsapp or Teams. Physical distance was never an impediment to being in communication. Every Monday we have a fixed meeting to review the plans and every Thursday we review the maintenance cases that are improvements in the different areas. These are the weekly fixed meetings. The topics that arise are discussed daily. Sometimes for certain projects we have worked with the Scrum methodology, holding daily and retrospective planning meetings.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their commitment and sense of permanent collaboration in the face of any business need have been impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Yes, at one point we grouped maintenance cases into projects, because they referred to the same issue, and it was not positive because when testing everything was handled separately. That is, I did not see differences in doing the grouping. It is a point to improve among all.
