We needed them to make us a website for our company and the website should use the brand elements we have previously from our graphic designers. 

We needed a "coming up soon" page and then the pain pages to come up later. The main pages would have a products page and a home page and so forth.

The website should have used all our brand elements and be able to incorporate things like the brand colour and other brand designs to play with, so it looks cohesive and matches the rest of the brand. Plus we needed a website which was easy to use and is also eye catching for the customers

The first few meetings were really good and detailed. They came up with great ideas and were very prompt and efficient. I feel they can do better when it comes to creativity. They do have a lot of good ideas, but unless pushed a bit more, they didn't really do it. But at the end, after communicating our needs properly, they did come through. 

As I mentioned, they are very prompt and structured, which I like about them.

TES has shared a detailed SOW after the initial few discussions and now that the project is over, everything in that list has been delivered to me satisfactorily. Moreover, they were very receptive to my vision and ideas and were keen to revise the product until the desired outcome was achieved.

Definitely the fact that they were super easy to work with. They had great communication and were very receptive to feedback. They were very responsive over text and virtual calls, which made it very easy for me to work with them on the go.

I really enjoyed the process of working with them. Maybe while working on each piece like logo, brand pattern or colour palette, before they start working on it, they could ask the client for moodboards, inspirations, images etc. to gauge a sense of what the client really wants. This will help them in a quicker turnaround, I feel.

Vaidehi and her team at The Editor Suite went above and beyond to transform our brand into the most appealing and interactive landing page I have ever seen. They were so meticulous with the details and made sure to stick to our branding. They helped design 3d interactive models which were an exact replica of our design along with giving us feedback.

Throughout the process I would always want to tweak or change things and Vaidehi never hesitated to accomodate my request. She was extremely professional and super creative which is why I will continue to reach out to her if I need additional work. I highly recommend them!

We don’t have measurable metrics yet since the brand identity has just been implemented, but we will definitely share updates as results come in. Moreover, we received early positive feedback from our internal team, who felt the new brand identity finally reflected the quality and direction of Veynoir Metalworks.
