We needed an Web, Mobile applications and API which would be integrated in Messengers. Also, we needed cloud infrastructure including CloudFlare, so we could cache our data.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I decided Edison, because they had experience in building similar projects. Also they have amazing product managers.

We first started working on the roadmap, decided to work on PHP and React-Native. First we've built Website and API for Android, iOS mobile applications. After which, we finished MVPs of mobile apps that were launched on both platforms. Finally, last but not least, they helped us create API, that was integrated in Messengers of different organizations.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We launched project in a very short period of time and got first tens of thousands of uses. CloudFlare helped us to save thousands of dollars daily, because it cached all our data.

We were communicating using Email, Google Meets and sometimes Viber. They always met deadlines and I was 100% up-to date about what was going on.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Team-play. They are super-friendly and they felt the responsibility they had.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

In this project, no.

They first helped me design the idea of Universal USB Cable tester. After which they designed the Product, PCB boards and programmed the device. Finally it was tested and launched in my shops, where I sell cables.

Before selling we test our cables on the cable tester and show it to to the customers. They like it because we are only company in Georgia who has such kind of tester,

They were very active during the prototyping process and agreed on all the changes I asked them for.

They suggested very competitive price compared to other companies that I outreached.

We hired them to develop a smart door keypad that we can set the passcode and open the door with the passcode.

A friend who had worked with them recommended it to me.

They customized the keypad with the 3D printing technic. They also programmed and built the system to set the passcode for the lock.

We mainly worked with the product manager behind the scene. PCB Designer, 3D Modeler, was designing and creating our product, which a software engineer then programmed.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

This smart door keypad fits our concept and is one of the selling points of our bar. It helps people to remember us.

The project was very successful; the workflow was smooth and effective.

They could turn all our ideas into reality. Also, they had lots of patience and provided good customer service.

They are perfect already. They are my go-to company for my future projects.

For what projects/services did your company hire Edison Tech Solutions, and what were your goals?

We hired Edison Tech to design and develop Mobile Applications using React-Native for iOS & Android. Our goal was to create an app, that would be similar to TaskRabbit/Thumbtack but for CIS countries, where users would be able to find professionals in different industries and hire them for different jobs.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We talked with many different Mobile App development organizations, but Edison Tech was the most attractive and interesting, because of their team and experience.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

First we discussed our goals and team of Edison helped us to write down a full roadmap. After idea consulting step, they started working on UX/UI design after which development process was started, which took around 5-6 months. Mobile app is written on React-Native and has integrated different payment services, analytics tools etc. By the end of 6 month we launched it, tested it together and now we are fully available for everyone to download in Georgia.

CEO of Edison Tech was personally talking with me through the whole process. PM was working with us as well, but we didn't have any interaction with the developers, which was a good thing for us.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

They've built our app quickly and it is working without any problems, our customers love it and now we are adding a lot of different features. One thing we loved in Edison Tech was that their PM & CEO were and are still helping us with our business plan, digital marketing etc.

They are using Agile methodology as it seems from our side. We met couple of times because of my initiative, but most of the times we had communication using Google Meets. Important topics were discussed using Email, but sometimes we used Viber/Whatsapp, as well.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What I've found out is, they treated the project as their own. They constantly offered ideas and asked questions to make an amazing product.

Nothing else.
