We hired Edifying Voyages for comprehensive Digital Marketing and Website Development services. We were looking to kickstart our rebranded website and so they helped with the following:

Our primary focus was to generate more leads from social media and website and Edifying Voyages helped us attain our target lead numbers and also convert them. It was good working with them.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project had both quantitative and qualitative deliverables. For the qualittative deliverables like content, graphics, design, branding, etc. we were satisfied in terms of fulfilling brand requirements and good creative outputs.
The quantitative outcomes were:

• Search Engine Rankings of Blogs: increasing gradually with a lot of the blogs on the first and second pages.
• Keyword Rankings: The targetted keywords for our agency were ranking on 3rd position and more.
• Social Media Reach: Clear increase in our impressions, followers, likes etc was seen after implementing their strategies
• Ad results: gradually, we saw an increase in the number of leads, clicks, and the CTR. Our Cost per click had also reduced in about 6 months

In the two years of working with their firm, Our website saw significant and impressive results as per our wishes. With their support, we have now scaled to having our own in house team due to the increased demand and lead generation.

Edifying Voyages displayed immense professionalism and sincerity during our collaboration period.
They had a very structured methodology of working. Since we had several POCs who coordinated with them, they were still able to maintain a transparent and communicative process thorughout.
They worked at least 2 weeks to 1 month ahead of time and all the deliverables were first proposed in a scrum to us. Then we would recieve detialed strategies and approaches from their end. Upon finalizing the terms, we have always recieved quality deliverables on time.
Their deliverables never had many revisions or failed to meet the quality standards. They were very proactive in intuitively suggesting us new and improved strategies while preempting our needs. 
we were very satisfied with their overall services and dedication.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Edifying Voyages is a very professional company. Their biggest assets had to be their customer relationship management and their expertise in organic growth.
Given that we used their services extensively and worked with them for over two years, there were never any escalations from either end. Despite the raw and unstructured nature of our marketing assets in the beginning, they did an amazing job effortlessly putting everything in place.
Their honesty and transparency are commendable. In the initial phases, they were always clear about when and how to expect results, and despite not seeing much in the first few weeks, we never thought about switching agencies because of the faith they had earned and the assurance they provided.
Ultimately, they did deliver on all the promises they made, and we're still benefitting from their solid SEO strategies. We're still following many of the processes they aligned and are happy with the outcomes.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Edifying Voyages could have done differently?

So far in our experience, we haven't really felt like they were lacking in their efforts or results. While there could definitely be some areas they can upgrade in because there's always scope for improvement. However, while working with us, they made up for it with their immense dedication and never-say-never attitude.
