OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What specific goals or objectives did you hire Eclept to accomplish?

• Document SDK: Keyless aimed to expand their privacy-first platform with a secure Document Verification module. Our goal was to enable MRZ and NFC scanning for passports and IDs on iOS and Android. This allowed seamless user onboarding without ever storing sensitive PII data.
• CrossPlatform: The goal was to support enterprise clients on React Native and Flutter without forcing them to build custom bridges. We aimed to deliver official, production-grade SDKs that offer the same performance, security features, and release cadence as the native iOS/Android versions.
• DataCollection: Keyless needed a central system for data collection. The goal was to build a full platform including Mobile/Web apps for data entry, a Dashboard for analytics. They also required an "Orchestrator" to coordinate operations between external collectors and internal teams.

Build Document verification using NFC to scan documents. Support enterprise clients on React Native and Flutter without forcing them to build custom bridges. Build a central system for data collection, a full platform including Mobile/Web apps for data entry, a Dashboard for analytics, and strict GDPR modules. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Document SDK: We successfully implemented stable NFC/MRZ reading for documents like IDs and passports. Key wins include full support for Flutter and React Native, instant onboarding flows, robust performance across fragmented Android/iOS devices.

CrossPlatform: Clients successfully migrated from unstable custom wrappers to our official SDKs, significantly reducing integration errors. This shift enabled faster adoption of new features and security patches. We also delivered comprehensive production documentation for both RN and Flutter.

DataCollection: We delivered a comprehensive platform comprising Mobile Apps, a Web portal, and an Admin Dashboard, all fully GDPR compliant. The "Orchestrator" role was crucial, successfully streamlining operations and bridging the technical gap between external data collectors and internal team..
