I am the Marketing Head at a tour company. We sell self-guided driving and walking tours across US, Europe, Mexico & Asia.

We hired Eclectic Digital for improving our website ecommerce & search engine optimization with the goal of increasing revenues.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We selected the vendor based on our existing relationship and the quality of work done previously. The vendor also demonstrated clear understanding of the business goals.

We enlisted Eclectic Digital to add new features to our website, improve the UI, reduce the page load speeds and drive more traffic.

I believe three resources worked with us on website & SEO.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

In terms of SEO, we were clearly able to see an increase in the number of keywords that now appear in the top 10. In terms of website, we were able to see lower page load speeds and higher number transactions based on changes in UI.

Quite effective.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They understood the business well and were able to deliver on task assigned in a timely manner.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Communication - I believe better communication directly from the vendor to us will help us take informed decisions on the next steps.

Our company is Spiritude Foods. Its an organic brand where we manufacture mixes, spreads and fermented foods like kombuchas and condiments. I am one of the co-founders.

We hired eclectic for end to end digital support - building our website, handling our social media pages, performance marketing & SEO. Our goal was to build brand awareness, generate sales and build the right audience base for our brand using social media marketing.

I have worked with Eclectic media before and was very well aware of their skills and they have always delivered to the the business objectives and are true partners who spend time on a your business, challenge your thinking and provide solutions.

We discussed our goals and objectives. Gave them an understanding of our category and brand. They too scanned the category and competition. Post which build the website and worked a ecommerce and advertising / seo relevant plan to start our website journey. All the back end of shipment , data collection and UPI payments was also handled by them for a seamless experience of purchase to fulfilment

Besides the 2 founders we had 4 people who performed various roles required to run an e commerce platform

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Traffic has increase by 90%. The open of the website was also seamless and didnt have any glitches on the images loading. The design has been appreciated by all our customers

The communication is always on and we use whatspp group, gmeet and gmail for our communication. The g drive has all the relevant shared information. We do a weekly call and meet every quarter for a complete review

Their advice comes from their expertise. Changing to Shopify as a platform has helped our website. Pushing us to use the relevant tools for database management has been most helpful. They're a team that knew what they were doing.

It was a collaborative process and any pivot required we took a collective decision as a team
