As our company pivoted to a new business model for our VR content and VR technology, we needed a comprehensive marketing strategy that could work on our budget. The scope of this project included: 

1. Marketing strategy

3. Event-based marketing for key events (e.g., Cannes Film Festival) 
4. Video Production

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

New website consistently gets high praise from industry partners, colleagues, and customers. Improved SEO. Successful launch of a VR film world premiere at Cannes New video assets and trailers that helped launch a content campaign.

Their project management was stellar. Our account manager was always responsive, communicative, listened to our needs, and managed fluctuating schedules and priorities. We always felt they could get the job done on time and on budget.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What I found impressive about Echo Factory is their attentiveness to detail in working with a very unique and niche industry such as ours (cinematic VR)-- they really took the time to focus on understanding our market and target customers. They were also not afraid to speak up about new ideas, insights, or concerns with some of our in-house approaches. I felt we could count on them as if it were our entire marketing department.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Echo Factory could have done differently?

None that come to mind.

I’m the global marketing manager at Proponent, an aerospace distribution company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Echo Factory?

We needed their marketing and design expertise.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Echo Factory’s first deliverable for us has centered on website design in pursuit of our marketing efforts. They’ve handled our UX/UI design efforts and chose the right color schemes and themes that best represent our nature of business.

Their team has then helped us execute other marketing initiatives — this has included written and visual content creation for our marketing and branding materials, such as brochures and email campaigns. Additionally, they’ve helped us implement a brand overhaul to improve our digital presence, one of their biggest tasks.

We’ve also engaged Echo Factory for their photography and video production services, and we mainly use those deliverables for our website and press releases. Their ongoing work for our company involves constant website maintenance and content marketing on an as-needed basis.

Echo Factory has been working for our company for at least 12 years now, and I only reached out to them when I was tasked with handling this marketing project.

Our clients have been impressed with Echo Factory’s rebranding work — they especially prefer the noticeable, user-friendly changes that their team has made on the website. In return, we’ve secured an impressive boost in site traffic, which has further resulted in a sales increase.
