The Ecco Group supported we with the employee handbook, multple imployment agreements for my different roles. Assisted me with off loading staff and hr consulting regarding laws and pay rates. Appreciate support with onboarding my new staff.

Jon is very timely and always available when I need to talk about anything. Never burdened but very very patient with anything I needed more explanation on.

Appreciate the personal encouragement I have recieved and how urgent Jon is to answer my questions. Easy to understand

Are there any areas for improvement or something Ecco Group America LLC could have done differently?

Billing, I would like to get more prepared of what the cost may end of being so I can prepare financially, perhaps getting a little update on where my hours land or being told when I hit certain amount. Some of my talks over the phone, I fear what the cost would be at the end. But over all very fair rates.
