I’m the CEO of docoyo.Trackable, a software company that enables electronic tracking of objects and people in industries like production and healthcare. We use technologies such as Bluetooth, UWB, RFID, and barcodes for efficient, cost-effective process management.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire Eastoner to accomplish for your business?

We hired Eastoner for a large customer-facing project for a client of ours. The goal was to create 80% of the frontend logic and 20% of the backend.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Eastoner has implemented frontend and backend features. The team members are fully embedded in the project structure and work in an agile process. The main deliverables include AI chatbot frontend integration and reworking a complex charting tool.

We started working together in November 2023, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Eastoner has delivered consistent work. They have a very low developer rejection rate based on performance — less than 10%. The team members have also integrated well into the project setting.

How did Eastoner perform from a project management standpoint?

We haven’t used Eastoner’s project management.

What did you find most impressive or unique about them?

The quality of Eastoner’s developers and their fit for the project are impressive.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could have had a better eye on the first couple of months of a new developer. That would have helped in one occasion. After discovering it, Eastoner established it as part of their process.

Eastoner provided us a flexible team of software developers who built net-new screens and related API to round out, in parallel with my core team, the new SaaS ERP solution.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Without the capable help of the Eastoner team, we wouldn't be a couple of months away from the GA release (and the start of realizing revenue from the new product launch). They helped us cut down the time to market significantly and also led the implementation on the most important core module in the product.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

The team delivered at an exceeds-expectations rate. Communication has been excellent and the team very responsive. This was no easy task - we had no requirements for many parts of the product - but even that didn't stop Eastoner from moving forward and delivering.

We needed more high-quality developers to transform our product into a more modern one with better architecture.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Eastoner provides development services and technical consulting. Currently, we’re refactoring the frontend into React and modernizing the backend. The goal is to have a more modern .NET architecture.
