Within 90 days we launched the new UI/UX. Trending costs is working seamlessly and our beta user group have been pleased with the upgrades. Our AWS environment has had no down time since launching this new feature.

EBL had a relentless pursuit to meet our goals and timing. In all instances they exceed our expectations and were committed to the success of the project. We had a couple slight delays, but nothing monumental and all of them were attributed to ensuring a successful user experience. They were always responsive and wasted no time trying to fix any issues that arose.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their ability to overcome challenges in the code and languages they inherited. We transferred this project to them knowing there were several challenges within the source code and they performed extremely well considering the circumstances.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Early Bird Labs could have done differently?

Commitments to an aggressive schedule were unrealistic at times. I think the only improvement would be to properly set expectations upfront for the workload and timing estimates, but we do understand this is probably the most complex aspect of program management and all estimates are just that, estimates.
