We commissioned Espark to build for us a Guest Experience platform to be used by our customers which are Hotels and short term rental properties. We provided the business specifications and all the Figma screens both for the back end and the mobile front end. It was Espark's task to write the code that would bring our business specifications to life meeting all our business requirements. 
It was a very challenging and complex project requiring third party integrations, live chats, multilingual communications and a number of additional features that pushed Espark to perform at a very high level.

4. Their response to our needs were immediate and they took on changes that were necessary to achieve an efficient user flow, as they recognized their importance to the project.

We hired EsparkBiz to create a custom software to manage our workflow in an efficient and smooth way. The software needed to cover all our workflow, namely the following process steps: 

• quote creation and management - integration with Pipedrive CRM 
• management of training courses and events 
• attendee enrolment to courses via our website
• attendance sheet and attendee certificate creation and management 
• invoicing at the end of the month 

Key deliverables: 

• automate many tasks that were being carried out manually 
• integrate the new software with our webiste (also redesigned by EsparkBiz) and additional third-party tools such as Pipedrive, gmail, zoom, MS teams, whatsapp 
• design an intuitive and user-friendly platform and CMS website
