The scope included building a complete AI-driven training platform capable of generating realistic sales conversations. We integrated ElevenLabs voice models, the LiveKit audio platform, advanced prompt engineering, and a full modern web stack (Next.js, Node.js, Typescript).
The solution was deployed using Vercel and AWS infrastructure. The application includes dozens of sales scripts, client objections, negotiation models, AI-powered feedback, and adaptive difficulty levels based on each user's skills.

The collaboration was smooth and highly efficient. The vendor provided ongoing support throughout the entire process—from system architecture and iterative testing of conversation simulations to deployment and fine-tuning the AI models. Communication was transparent, and new features were delivered on schedule.

Their ability to combine cutting-edge AI technology with practical sales training needs was outstanding. The vendor designed realistic scenarios, fine-tuned the AI models effectively, and delivered a system that genuinely improves agent performance. Both the technical quality and industry understanding exceeded expectations.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We chose this vendor because of their strong expertise in AI, LLM-based systems, and voice technologies, combined with an excellent understanding of sales processes. It was important for us to work with a team capable of translating industry knowledge into a practical, effective SaaS product.

Are there any areas for improvement or something COGITA could have done differently?

The only area for improvement is speeding up the deployment and testing cycle for new audio features, as they sometimes require additional optimization. However, this did not affect the final quality of the product.

We needed help with the AI/GenAI side of two innovative projects in the healthcare and fintech industries.

What was the scope of work?

COGITA has been responsible for transforming a large amount of data from several different sources, including web apps and third-party systems, into a format processed by our core system. The data combined medical history of patients and insurance plans. COGITA provided structured solutions and process flow, split into a few stages depending on data scope and size. In the other project, COGITA helped with advanced prompt engineering of the GenAI project processing financial documents.

We work with 3–4 teammates from COGITA.

How did you come to work with COGITA?

We met COGITA at an industry event for IT companies in Poland, where we have our delivery center. Adam (CEO) from COGITA attended the meeting, and we discussed our need for help with AI projects. We had a good conversation, and Adam and the team showcased their experience. We agreed on the financial side and started our cooperation.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in February 2025, and the project is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

COGITA's work has resulted in fast delivery to market; approximately 2–3 months after starting the project, we had a production version. The project also had almost 100% accuracy in the end.

How did COGITA perform from a project management standpoint?

COGITA's project management is good. They deliver on time, and everything is fine. We onboarded them to our Slack, but we keep email communication and regular meetings.

COGITA has strong experience and focus on AI. They adapt to our way of working and quickly react to issues in the project.

Thanks to this solution, users can quickly draft, evaluate, and iterate on grant proposals - significantly improving their chances of funding success.

The project aimed to automate a manual delivery planning process that required daily analysis of Excel data. The vendor developed a system that generates next-day delivery forecasts for thousands of product–customer combinations, significantly improving efficiency and decision consistency.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project resulted in a significant reduction of manual workload (equivalent to approximately three full-time roles), decreased forecast generation time from hours to seconds, improved forecast accuracy (measured by MAE, WAPE, and RMSE), and reduced both stock shortages and overstock situations.
