We needed to revise our brand identity to better reflect the company we are now (we moved from B2B to predominantly B2C). We then needed a website and client proposal template designed using that new identity.

Although the new brand identity and website have not officially launched yet, the work we've completed so far has already generated tremendous excitement internally. The new branding feels perfectly aligned with our vision, and the website design is a major step up in quality and clarity. We expect it to make a meaningful impact on both client perception and lead generation once it goes live.

Feely’s project management was outstanding. They specialize in working with startups and running fast, focused sprints — and while I was initially a little apprehensive about whether quick turnarounds would affect the quality, they completely exceeded my expectations. Every deliverable was on time (or early) and the work never felt rushed. Their ability to move quickly without compromising quality was seriously impressive.

I was blown away by how quickly Feely delivered work that still felt incredibly thoughtful and genuinely original. We wanted to change our brand identity for a while. Our vision and definition of sucess for this collaboration was to land on something which all of the team were happy and excited with. Something that truly defined what we stood for.

And that's exactly what happened with Feely. After iterations and a great feedback loop, we managed to land on that exact thing. And we could not be more content.

Feely was always on time on all their deliverables. They had a timetable at the beggining of the project, and did not miss a week, even if the revisions needed for the next week were substancial.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I think it's noticable by their questions, attencion to detail, and professionality that they have been doing this for enough time to really understand how to transform our ideas to paper. It was impressive how they took something we had so abstract and quickly managed to put it in words and, in this case, designs.

One thing I also commend is their attitude when it came to the revisions of the work. Sometimes it can be hard to communicate some of the "feeling" that's missing or is off, and needs to be communicated - but everytime they understood completely what was being said without words.

I'm the VP of internal global operations at Luasai, a cloud procurement and enablement services company. We help enterprise procurement teams purchase their licenses through cloud marketplaces like AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure Cloud.

What challenge were you trying to address with Feely Studio?

We're a startup company. Before going to market with our services, we wanted to set up our brand identity and website. We needed a design team to create a brand identity for us that gave us credibility in the market so that when we spoke to those enterprise procurement teams, they were able to reference our website and look at very professional branding assets.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We hired Feely so that they could take us to the next level and create a brand for us that made us look credible for big enterprise companies. Initially, we provided them with ideas for what we wanted, and they helped us create our branding and website from scratch.

First, we defined a basic concept. From there, Feely developed a rough draft of their vision for our brand based on our input. The project culminated in them delivering the entire identity package for our company, which included the design of our primary website.

As for the technology stack, Feely used Figma as the main design tool. They also used Webflow to create the website. The deliverables included everything essential to launch our company, including the logos, templates, messaging, color schemes, and iconography. The ultimate asset was the website, which they designed and developed. They also implemented SEO.

What is the team composition?

I worked with three teammates from Feely Studio in total. My primary contact was Anastasia. Still, she had a colleague helping with the designs. Another teammate also helped with the web development.

How did you come to work with Feely Studio?

I found them on Clutch. I submitted contact forms to multiple design companies, and Feely Studio was the first one to reply, which happened within 24 hours.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent between $10,000–$50,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in August 2024, and the engagement ended in September 2024.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We're officially launching our company in January 2025. Still, we already have quantitative metrics. For example, our website traffic increased 400%–500%, which I assume was due to Feely's SEO work. Since our branding launch, we have also onboarded three software vendors. This was possible largely because we had great assets to present to those vendors. Still, the main quantitative metrics are yet to be seen after January 2025, so I'm looking forward to seeing a lot of growth.

How did Feely Studio perform from a project management standpoint?

Feely's project management was excellent from end to end. We had regular meetings throughout the entire process, even two or three times per week, especially in the middle of the project. Feely Studio was very good at taking our feedback and turning it around within a day. Whenever we asked them for a new asset, they delivered a preview instead of waiting to complete the asset before showing it to us. This allowed us to provide feedback, which they implemented quickly, as mentioned.

I really appreciated that Feely shared the documents with us as they were creating them. Throughout the process, I was able to look at the designs and wireframes and leave notes, which made the process collaborative in real time. This approach gave my partners and me reassurance throughout the project, showing us that Feely's work was legit and very good. Another thing we appreciated was that Feely owned the entire project management; all we had to do was show up to the meetings. Besides Figma, we collaborated via email and Google Meet.

Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?

Anastasia was very helpful and hands-on. She was very good at communicating with us and ensuring the project was on track. She even customized our service package price to fit our needs. The designer was also very good.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Our company didn't use Figma before. Still, we needed presentation decks that were on that platform. Feely went out of their way and created assets for different platforms for us, which was really nice — they didn't have to do that. Eventually, I ended up using Figma as well because I thought it was much better.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can't think of anything Feely could have improved on. We were very happy with everything.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Trust them from a creative perspective and be as communicative as possible, especially in the beginning. The more information you give them, the closer they'll get to your original idea. From a creative perspective, Feely really knows what they're doing. One of the reasons we were successful was that we didn't get involved too much in the creative process. Sometimes, you might feel the instinct to over-control. However, you just have to tell them what your vision and goals are and then trust the process.

Brand research was fully completed covering large scope of competitors. The workshop involved all team members and Feely team was very involved in the process. My client had strict deadlines and feely was able to produce all the materials on time, despite some review delays from the client's side. We got all done on time and ready for the expo we were attending - brand guidelines, website and pitch-deck.

Once we signed the contract, we had a discovery meeting with the founder. Then they sent us a specification with a tasks description. After that feely made the prototypes for all internal pages of our service. After discussion, we've added some changes and went to the next step — design. We got the design of one main page to sync the visual style. It was great and we moved forward with the design of all other pages. We've worked with feely for 3 months and made plenty of pages.
