The project included building a secure online store for gold bars and coins, developing a custom Investment Savings Calculator to help users create personalized investment plans, and delivering a seamless, mobile-optimized user experience. Key deliverables included a responsive bilingual website, secure payment integration, backend product and order management tools, and a scalable architecture to support future growth.

The project was to replace a Java desktop application with a web application that would allow operation as a SAAS application. It needed to be secure, support multiple users simultaneously, and provide an intuitive user interface to address complex issues. To accomplish this the interface requires many different types of maps and graphics.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Estimates and deliverables were track along with through testing as the project progressed.  Initial delivery was followed by new requirements to continue to improve ease of use and performance necessitating new estimates, deliverables and acceptance testing.

The project was well managed especially considering the lack of detail requirements and design provided.  The E-scapes team worked hard with us to develop the needed design and meet established deadlines.
