What was the scope of their involvement?

E-Innovate has been responsible for our digital strategy, design, and build of our CMS marketing website, and design and build of our web application. The web app includes Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) AI integration, mapping and routing API integration, AI agent intelligence workflow, dataset creation, affiliate integration, payment engine integration, back-office administrator dashboard, and user self-service account management.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

E-Innovate has created a web app that creates bespoke road trips for registered users. So far, we've had 590 users sign up and 1,673 road trips created within one month of launch.

How did E-Innovate perform from a project management standpoint?

E-Innovate has great communication with our team. They're very easy and personable to work with. The team is open about timings and blockers that might impact deadlines. We communicate through in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and emails or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

E-Innovate has quickly grasped our concept and desired outcome. The team advocates for our business success. E-Innovate is very flexible, expert in their field, supportive, and understanding. The team works quickly and seamlessly and is responsive to client feedback.
