They were a pre-existing partner, but we've had a wonderful business relationship for my last ten years.

They provide website development and management. This is our 6th version of the site and every time they lead the market on design and user experience.

The team had one point person and two to three developers and marketers

The website has been a centerpiece of our business for over 10 years and continues to be a critical asset in order for us to be successful for years to come.

Very effective and well organized.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The customer service and willingness to solve problems. They are willing to try new things and are creative thinkers.

I am the owner of FilterTime.com , a home air filter subscription service that delivers the exact air filters you need on the schedule you choose. Customers are able to visit our site and select their filters and shipping schedule and we automatically ship them.

For what projects/services did your company hire E-dreamz, Inc.?

We hired E-dreamz for a custom built subscription site for functionality woocommerce and Wordpress couldn't offer. With almost a year of searching for the right company that could build the site I wanted and also handle all digital marketing, I found E-dreamz.

What were your goals for this project?

To create a user friendly site and increase conversion rate. Also to take over our social media and content marketing.

After meeting with them I felt they were the best for the job. I loved how all of their work and people were in house.

we worked together to map out the new site and plan. We agreed on a launch date and we were able to launch on that date. They helped with social media designs and we worked together on website designs and they haven't stopped yet. I feel like E-dreamz is part of my company and their team feels our partners.

What was the team composition?

When building the site I worked directly with 2 people. One for the website design and functionality and the other for marketing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

We have had great growth since the launch of our new site. It has been all positive and we continue to get month over month growth. The marketing team works directly with the developers to incorporate new ways to increase sales and conversion rate. I am extremely happy with E-dreamz and the relationship we have.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

It was great. I worked directly with TR as the project manager and we hit our deadline for launch date. Our communication was spot on and everything was clear and communicated effectively.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I am most impressed with the fact they do everything in house and fast. I love the people there and the fact I can drive over and meet with them in person or have a quick call. They are flexible and act like they are a part of my business and put heart into it like they own it.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I honestly can't think of anything right now. We all improve together every time we meet.
