I’m the COO of Access One I.I., a healthcare coverage company for Latin Americans. We provide access to hospitals in the United States.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with DVelop Software Solutions?

We needed a company to build our operational platform. We wanted a vendor with expertise in the Unity Space in Uruguay.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

The team developed our web platform using GeneXus. They’re now serving as our IT department while building the mobile platform for iOS and Android. The team also does testing and functional analysis.

What is the team composition?

We work with a project manager.

How did you come to work with DVelop Software Solutions?

We looked for a company based in Uruguay that had worked with companies like ours. We analyzed different companies and chose DVelop Software Solutions because we knew their founders and their senior management team. Their professionalism was a selling point.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in August 2018 and the partnership is ongoing.

No, nothing comes to mind.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

For non-Spanish speaking customers, I can’t speak to the vendor’s English language skills. They’re not a big company, but the team is good at what they do.  They’re committed to their clients.
