Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The project's deliverables were: a promotional video summarizing our program's services and results; videography for our annual gala; and editing the footage from the gala into a reel to showcase the evening's highlights, as well as separate videos of each of the event's featured speakers.

All of the video deliverables were developed in close collaboration with DVA Productions, which provided significant guidance on storyboarding, visual elements (infographics, transitions, etc.), and soundtracks. Filming for the gala included testing the lighting and sound at the venue, coordinating with the venue's A/V team, and navigating through a crowded space once all of the guests had arrived.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• DVA's deliverables are among the most-viewed videos on our YouTube channel.
• Videos created by DVA that were played during our gala received an extremely positive audience response.
• The gala venue's A/V team complimented DVA's professionalism and friendliness during the gala.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

The DVA team responded promptly to all emails and questions. They worked with us to develop a production schedule and provided all drafts and deliverables on time. They were also flexible enough to handle a delay from our side in providing them with collateral and older footage to create some of our videos.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

DVA is a small production team that produces outstanding results. Their videos are impactful and creative, and their creativity has helped us tell our story in ways that we couldn't in the past. They are also deeply supportive of our mission and enjoy interacting with our students, which is very helpful for small nonprofits like us.

Are there any areas for improvement or something DVA Productions could have done differently?

We did not encounter any areas for improvement during our projects.
