I hired Duskbyte to create a website and software service that would facilitate my property tax consulting business. The website would require a multi step registration form, including a secure way for users to sign pdf documents. The website required integration with a database to store, write, and calculate data.

Upon a complete registration, the site would deliver pdf documents via email and perform workflows using various triggers such as time elapsed and other conditional triggers. Users can upload documents, photos, edit photos, and produce reports merging various file types together. The site included several layers of permissions for various staff to perform data analysis and quality approval functions.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They delivered a usable product that performed almost flawlessly in every component. The site has been tested with high volume of user interaction. Users have rated our website with top level ratings.

They are intuitive about my needs. They would work with great urgency producing impressive amounts of work in a very short amount of time when the business needs were in high demand. We worked together to identify lower level priority tasks to complete during low demand times. I cannot say enough positive things about the attentiveness to my needs.

The scope of work is extensive. Duskbyte developed a progressive web app to manage google docs and sheets templates and work projects, and a back-end database built in MySQL and Google's BigQuery service. Scope also included a payment system (Paypal - Braintree) and admin UIs and services.
