We brought on Dreamcut to for regular video consultation, filming, and editing. They produced training content and product review content monthly for our organization and along the way helped us convey our brand voice through the content. 

• Created and edited dozens of product review videos both on court and in studio.
• Established regular formatting for video content through custom intro animations, lower thirds, and motion graphics. 
• Filmed and edited multi-step educational videos for both long form and short form platforms. 
• Designed, sourced materials for, and built our in house video production studio with professional lighting, customizable configurations, and our company branding.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• Educational content engagement increased 400% across YouTube and Instagram for views/watch time. 
• Product review content click-through up 80% with higher conversion rates (they vary depending on the product itself)
• Shortened time from video idea to publish through regular shoot days, quick turnaround times, and a built-in studio.

Dreamcut uses the Frame.io platform that let us effortlessly make edit requests right where we needed them, and those requests were met within 24-48 hours every time if not sooner. We even had some last minute cancellations and reschedules that their team went above and beyond to accomodate.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We shopped A LOT of Seattle based video companies, but the team at Dreamcut was easily the most transparent about cost, pricing, and deliverables. We never had to guess if we were paying the right amount or if we were getting our money's worth.
Moreover, they are so fun to work with and bring great energy and coaching to every video session, so we got the most out of our time together. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Dreamcut Films could have done differently?

We have honestly been satisfied with all of our projects together, and we hope to continue working together.

Communications during the project were very good, drafts were sent using a platform which was easy to make detailed comments on, revisions were made quickly and the project was delivered on time.
