There have already been several projects that we have developed hand in hand with Drago's House, but one of them was precisely our star product: RevistaConcreto.com, in which they accompanied us step by step in each advance. Not only did they help us develop a highly versatile and attractive website for users, but they also provided help with content. 

Subsequently, they helped us develop an innovative and interactive platform, in which month after month we present a graphically attractive magazine to the market, with advanced technological tools that have made readers wait for the publication and that it is successfully commented on in the market. The magazine presents the development of the podcast, videos, links, photographs that make it up as a single window of information and entertainment.

The most important thing at Drago's House is that we had on hand a series of very competent professionals in each area of ​​advice and development. We had contact with the general management, to expose the execution and progress in each stage of our project, as well as different advisors in marketing, graphic design, web development, social networks, among others...

One of our best results, as we have said, is www.revistaconcreto.com For us, this project represents the soul of our company, and that since its birth with each of the editions launched of our magazine, you can see the progress, because Each time Drago's House provides us with advice on technological innovations that we have been incorporating into our project since the website is increasingly renewed, which has made us grow more and more in users and sales.

A properly coordinated and orderly workflow, but above all effective and efficient, with key meetings adjusted to the times of each organization and successful execution of each of the tasks.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Direct, timely and efficient close contact with us as a customer. In addition to the speed of response and execution in the development of our project. Drago's House was hand in hand with the development of our project and always with advice and successful solutions.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There are always opportunities for improvement, but in this case, as a company that was just starting out in this business development, we feel very satisfied, comfortable and successful with Drago's House.

I'm the corporate outreach director at Plataforma ALTO, an animal protection NGO.

The project's objective was to turn neighborhoods, localities and different areas of Bogota into cage-free territories by creating a digital platform of cage-free commitments that allows Colombian companies to develop their policies autonomously. Drago's House helped us building the web page.

An organization that had built a website with Drago's House recommended your work to us. We also liked the projects they have developed.

We had two meetings to talk about the project's goals and some specifications about the content of the web page in WordPress. Then, they sent us the first delivery and, after that, enriched the website with what we asked for. Drago's House created the map with the companies we needed and added a contact form for volunteers and enterprises. During all the process they informed us about what they were doing and the progress percentage.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

A project manager was our main contact, as far as we know, two more people were involved in the site creation process.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

This is a pioneering project in the region. Up to now, NGOs have worked at the corporate level, but this website has gone directly to the communities, which is our added value. We have had a great impact with the project, achieving almost all the establishments and inhabitants of the sector.

We communicated through WhatsApp since Slack was not working for us, all the steps and progress of the project were shared with us.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The Drago's House team explained to us how to edit the website. We learned a lot thanks to this experience.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

At the beginning, they used a different template, but they accepted our suggestion and changed it. Drago's House team is really receptive.

We began having a meeting to understand my goals. After that we create a timeline for deliverables with weekly check out meetings. Everything went really smooth and align with my vision for the website.
