I’m the co-founder of Clozed, a company that helps startups hire top talent by proactively sourcing and vetting candidates. We help companies save time and confidently build high-performing teams.

What challenge were you trying to address with Draft Creative?

We needed help with AI SEO, classic SEO issues, and a stronger LinkedIn presence through engagement and content.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We’ve asked Draft Creative to set us up to rank on AI search through strategic location-based blogs and content. We’ve also asked them to build out the basics for SEO, like setting up our Google Business page. Additionally, they’ve taken over our entire LinkedIn strategy directed towards candidates and are working on engagement and direct customized content to help build our prospects and clients in the US market.Moreover, we’ve worked together to derive three different verticals for email marketing and cross-targeting on LinkedIn. This was customized due to who was responding to the emails.

We started working with them in August 2021, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We often review the performance KPIs of the email marketing and cross-targeting, which have steadily grown with all the A/B testing Draft Creative has helped us do. They’ve gotten us all set up for SEO and AI search visibility, and we’ve seen a 45% year-on-year increase in impressions on our site and consistent growth of our network and engagement on LinkedIn.Moreover, we’ve increased our calls booked and demos. Before working with Draft Creative, we averaged 10 calls booked per week and three demos. Now, we average 48 calls booked per week and 30 demos. Additionally, we’ve seen a 67% email open rate and a 34% reply rate.

How did Draft Creative perform from a project management standpoint?

They deliver on time with great communication. Draft Creative is always setting expectations and giving honest feedback on ideas and their performance. It’s easy to work and coordinate with their team. We communicate through virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.
