• Load data from CSV into cache 
• Show data can load from cache to visualize a report using D3.js library 
• Show subsequent queries/filters can work against cache 
• Goal is to maximize performance and minimize cost 
• Caching strategy that can be extrapolated to other reports / dashboards, and can be scalable / extensible for the future

• Design System
• Platform Architecture
• UX and UI designs for approximately half of the platform
• Ongoing UX and UI support after initial engagement with lead designer

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Allowed us to build our system with a solid foundation of UX and UI in place. This created a level of efficiency and confidence in the design of our platform we would have struggled to execute on without the Door3 team.

Door3 executed against agreed upon timelines throughout the project. Communication was slightly disorganized at the outset of the project, but was quickly reconciled by consistent professional communication and integration with our team.

We hoped the work would transform our interactions with customers, prospects, and agents to provide a world-class user experience across all channels and geographies.

It was a multi-million-pound project that took place over 5 years and transformed all aspects of the business. Our aim was to retain our unique and historical reputation while moving towards more modern ways of interaction that was being demanded by customers. The overall program delivered online marketing and customer interaction tools as well as enterprise HCM, CRM, auction management, finance, treasury, and ERP solutions. All of these were rolled out globally.

What was the team composition?

The team had 40 to 50 team members in total, which included 5 from Door3. The team included consultants from one of the big 4 consultancies, a couple of system integrators and solution vendor staff, in addition to as my company's staff.
