Every hire — from the AI/ML Engineer to the Full-Stack Dev, DevOps, and Technical PM — came in at a high level. All 5 roles filled, and the quality of hires was consistently high across every position — not just technically, but in how quickly each person integrated into the team. We interviewed maybe 20–22 candidates across all five positions, which for this level of seniority and specialization felt lean. The real impact: we started onboarding two new client projects in Q2 that we would have had to delay or decline otherwise. Two candidates are still on their probation, others passed it.
