Valeria and I have a standing weekly meeting to identify needs, address changing priorities, discuss sourcing strategies, and discuss candidates in-process. This ensures that everything moves forward as it should. When I have concerns or ideas, she quickly communicates these things to her team of recruiters.
We also exchange emails throughout the week and DNA325 is extremely responsive. They make it hard for us to remember that there’s a seven hour time difference between us. They work very hard to respond as quickly as possible to all questions and emails. We can count on their team to work late as needed.

We needed to build a business development department to expand the company and take it to the next level.

DNA325 educated us on the concept of business development, explaining how it should be structured. Then, they helped us recruit and mentor people and groom them for our goals.
