We had significant growth in the development, and as a result, the testing phase became a bottleneck. In a short period, it was crucial to find a skilled QA engineer who could quickly learn the existing software and adjust to the corporate culture and meet high-end standards.
An overheated market gets things much more complicated than expected at first glance.

DNA325 already closed so many positions for us in the past with the proven level of engagement and quality, so there was no doubt that they could solve our immediate issue quickly.

We've been receiving filtered candidates who meet the requirements from the job spec. It is enormously crucial for the business because it does save a tremendous amount of time.
All interviews happened on time and with full support from the DNA325 team, starting from schedule negotiation and till the final feedback.
