Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We needed a complex revenue assurance tool that could prove us historically, as well as on an ongoing basis, that the entire purchase to sales flow is intact flagging anomalies in due time, that have to be investigated with relevant teams. Forward looking, we no longer need to perform such manual reconciliations in excel, which are prone to human error. The final product delivered is above our initial expectation. Thank you!

The automated tool devloped allowed for a reduction in manual work and chances of human error in each reconciliation. Better monitoring and timely detection of issues.

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the head of accounting and controlling at Satellic NV. We operate Belgium’s main toll system for heavy goods vehicles, providing kilometer-based charging using advanced satellite technology. We also offer fleet management tools, customer support, and transparent pricing.

What challenge were you trying to address with DNA Solutions?

We needed help developing analytical tools to support our operational departments in replying to the requests and questions of road users.

DNA Solutions has developed analytical tools, including toll calculators, deposit follow-ups, and invoice follow-ups and details.

We’ve worked with 2–5 teammates from DNA Solutions.

How did you come to work with DNA Solutions?

A consultant already in service of Satellic referred DNA Solutions to us. We chose them because they were close to our geographic location, their pricing fit our budget, they had a great culture fit, and their company values aligned with ours.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in March 2019, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

DNA Solutions has delivered online tools that make our employees’ lives easier. For example, we now handle client cases in a maximum of two days instead of five. Additionally, our employee and client satisfaction has doubled since the start of our engagement with DNA Solutions.

How did DNA Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

They deliver on time, although we’ve needed some fine-tuning after delivery. We communicate via in-person meetings and email or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

DNA Solutions is always available and quick to resolve any problem. They also have a client-oriented approach.
