DM Digital took on a vast variety of projects early last year for us. Initially, we started with a re-branding campaign, which successfully reached hundreds of thousands of new users in just 60 days.

Following the success of our brand pivot, they gradually assumed social media marketing, paid social and search ads, conversion optimization simplifying our lead acquisition, and much more.

Their quality of work was impressive enough that nothing comes to mind. They even had specialty resources that most other agencies we've met with didn not have.

Specifically, the consumer data they have access to integrated with our campaign delivery virtually guaranteed that we reached the highest quality of potential customers with every cent we spent on paid media.

They were able to reach customers that not only actively engaged with our category of media, but we reached consumers that had engaged with every single competitor of ours, have visited more than 3 media sites in the last 7 days, and furthermore, by far the most impressive data segment they implemented was their ability to reach consumers who had purchased specific brands of media content in the last x amount days. Alternatively, they reached consumers who had cancelled their media subscription in the last x amount of days, which gave us a 73% increase in user acquisition in just 3 weeks.

We are a specialty sales firm that partners with agencies struggling to maintain a steady pipeline of prospects by not just creating demand, but connecting them with companies across all industries that are actively looking for their services and fit their ideal requirements.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Their primary channel was LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter ads. They monitored and reported heavily on Imp-CVR, Lead CVR, CPA, CPM, and what they referred to as "retention rate" which had to do with how many link clicks remained on the landing page without bouncing.

Alway on time or early. Incredible communication. We have a mutual agreement to book a quick call if any obstacles arise so we can mitigate and pivot accordingly, which has been a huge relief because they take every challenge head on without us having a flinch - all we need to do is approve and sit back to watch. They really take the pressure off everything strategic and creative.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their data resources are out of this world. We work with agencies full-time and no agency - client or vendor - has the ability to pinpoint targeting customers the way DM Digital does. Their third-party consumer data could put us in front of companies who lost a vendor earlier that day, or companies that hit 6-figures in MRR that week - they seriously take predicting consumer behavior to a whole different level of scary accurate.

Are there any areas for improvement or something DM Digital could have done differently?

Not at all, their whole process is incredibly efficient and profitable.
