The overall aim was to create a fully omnichannel campaign that promoted the sampling activity within one of our key strategic customers, Toolstation.

This included hitting a variety of touchpoints including:

• Digital (email, social media, newsletter, website banners)
• Educational (landing page creation, branch leaflet)
• Traditional (catalogue, in store POS)

Key Deliverables of the campaign were:

• Increase WD-40 Specialist penetrant sales
• Increase WD-40 Specialist range sales
• Achieve 20m in visibility

All items / tasks were delivered on time for the campaign. We had a weekly catch up to check the status of different tasks and acted on the ones that were highets priority. This was an easy, smooth way of working.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Nothing was too much for Diversity. As always with these types of campaigns, there were some last minute bits that needed adding amending etc at the customers request. Diversity would always ensure they had the time and resources to carry these out.
