The app functions the way we want it to. Before we started working with Diraya Inc, the app wasn’t working well. We’re yet to fully launch the app, so we don’t have metrics yet. However, from testing, the app functions as it was designed to. The app has a smoother UX, and navigation is easier since there’s a tour of the app when users first log in.

Diraya Inc has done a great job with time management. The team’s communication is really good, too. We communicate via virtual meetings.
