In our business model, where advertising and marketing has not historically been a primary driver of revenue, our brand positioning and presence has been a challenging area to deploy resources.

Not only because of the non-linear pathway to determining an ROI for us, but because of the seemingly endless list of things we "should do" and "need to do" in these areas- without resource to guide us.

We're certainly a low-value prospect for a relationship with a traditional larger firm. Unfortunately, we don't have the ability to source quality talent at the other end of the market either. What's worse, we don't have enough work for an internal expert either!
They have filled all of the needs we have and foresee, with a simple monthly fee-

It takes time to establish mutual understanding of what can be done. We are lucky to have Karla and Luisa to work with and evolve during process. Ultimately, we were successfuly in creating great contents that look amazing. It would be also great if we can establish how we can translate great contents to getting followers as this remains to be a mystery. We have gained less than 50 followers during 5-6 months of this project. Again, great content but it does not translate to having followers which is a difficult reality.

It takes time to align a company's voice and style to individuals who are just learning about it. In the beggining it is slower to start as revisions go back and forth. They can continue to work on improving the speed to understand a company and begin to create materials. Overall, that would be the only area to continue to work on.

Because this is an ongoing project management of multiple tasks, sometimes there are tasks that fall through the cracks that aren't a top priority so they get forgotten. However, as soon as that is mentioned, they get right back to it and are completed in a timely manner. The open communication is most important. We are human. Things get forgotten, but it's how they respond to it that matters the most.

We needed a from the ground up, website built for us but since we are not designers or developers we didn't know what we were doing. Dingus & Zazzy sat with us and really listened to what we wanted, what we needed and what we didn't even know existed. Then they went to work and listened to us every step of the way. From daily email check ins to weekly calls we always felt like we were in control of our brand, business and this project. Everyone is friendly, professional and absolutely brilliant.

We have a new website and we love every single page equally like they are our children.

We saw significant gains in followers and impressions on all social channels simply from the consistent posting schedule. Listeners to our podcast also grew.

They're incredible for creative ideas, offloading tasks that take a bunch of time away from those higher-value vision pieces, but sometimes this is difficult for a very complex tool like our SaaS solution. B2C or DTC is where I think Dinguz & Zazzy really thrive.
