I am the marketing manager at an event startup. We act as the mediators who bridge the gap between our events industry vendors (ranging from event planners and organizers, makeup artists, venue managers etc) and the targeted audience.
Basically, we are the e-commerce business who deal in event organizing services.

In order to expand our reach, we decided to take our business online. As a part of this decision, we needed someone to handle our social media pages, create and post engaging content, and communicate with the audience online. Therefore, we gave this project to DigitalOye.

Our main goal was to increase our brand awareness, reach as many prospective customers as possible.

My team searched for digital marketing agencies online and offline. Later, we went through their website, company profile, clients, and their pricing. This way, we shortlisted 3 agencies (including DigitalOye).
After doing our homework, we contacted them and fixed a meeting. Talking about DigitalOye team, Ashish was really generous and kept patience while explaining how the social media spectrum work. He built a good rapport with our team, and this is how we selected them.

We met a couple of times to discuss our expectations. They created a Whatsapp group where we as well as they were added. This way, they were in regular contact with our team.
They explained to us the details of every social media tool (mainly Facebook and Instagram). They also discussed the different kind of content they would be posting for our brand.
