What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The website they made is totally the way we wanted to develop it. They’ve taken care of any modifications we needed. The website isn’t completely finished, and we haven’t launched it yet. We’re hoping to rank well on Google.

How did DigitalMise perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re good with communication, whether it’s through email or phone calls. We normally communicate through email, and they respond and give us updates within a day.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re very good in terms of development, and they’re doing the marketing part very well. They’ve made a lot of suggestions for making our website run better and more quickly. It was very fortunate for me to work with them, and I’ll definitely recommend them to others.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think there’s anything to be improved. The more they learn, the better they become, and I wish them all the best.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

My only advice is for clients to be clear on what they want for their website, in terms of development and look. DigitalMise will definitely achieve what the client wants.

My team searched online for Digital media marketing services providers in our area so we can meet them in person for better understanding and compiled a list of 5 based on the case studies on their websites. We contacted each company and narrowed it down to 2 after receiving their initial pitches. It was a hard decision, but we selected DigitalMise based on the quality of their final proposal, their obvious research into our industry, and their willingness to work alongside members of our team on the creative aspects of their work.

After selecting DigitalMise, we had a kickoff meeting to discuss our goals and client's expectation. The team focused on understanding what the major drivers for client business, and they talked with several members of our team to understand the ins and outs of our company commitments. From there, they developed SEO plan that included traditional and latest methods. The team was very prompt with thier responses toward our query and we started getting the results in 3 months.

Since beginning our work with DigitalMise, sales have increased by 70%, and traffic to client website has resulted in significantly more conversions. The goal of getting the top ranks on google got accomplished. Our customer started getting calls from online visitor very frequently for quotes.

They divide tasks into several small tasks and achieve all the targets on time. We mostly use telephone to communicate and sometimes email.

After finalization the deal, we had a couple of meetings to create a road map for our project. The response of the Digitalmsie team is excellent; they had a small group but very focused. For understanding the project, their organization interacts with our development team and me to understand the product flow; I liked this dedication. For the promotion, they create an advertising plan and strategy that included Ads Banner, Motion Graphic Banner, for which they used on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other Social Media.

As our product is very new in the market and our category also very competitive, we still regularly received organic traffic from Google and other sources, also we generate a large number of leads from paid campaigns. Digitalmise helps us to achieve our first goal.

The workflow between us is excellent, we didn't face any issue regarding the communication because the team is so responsive. The project manager handles our promotion activities, a fantastic person, very helpful. Some time their team members also work on our location when we need them as we had so many options to communicate with them via mail, phone support, and slack. Overall, I was impressed with the timeless effort of the team, and we continue to work with Digitalmise.

The so many things which amazed me about this company, like they have a very responsive team, they all had a vast knowledge of Online marketing, and are very creative; they know how to promote a new product in a competitive market. I appreciate the patience and effort the team made to understand our product idea, and they asked frequent questions if they had any issues; they didn't make decisions without discussing with us.

Our CRM was not fully functional, After DigitalMise started working on it. the system started to take a good shape. We initially grabbed a few beta customers and their feedback was helpful, DigitalMise took the responsibility to take care of our customers also and providing them with the IT support they needed. Now thanks to DigitalMise, we are expanding our CRM modules.

The project was managed very well. Initial setup took a few days then they took over very fluently with proper updates and solutions. They are very dedicated.

Customer satisfaction, these people do listen to their customers and provide them with the best endproduct they can have, They also suggest the best technology and marketing trends so that you do not become obsolete.
