Describe the project in detail.

The app will have all the details regarding the employees. The employees will have a profile page and chat functionality through which they communicate with HR and the operations division to manage the activities.

The chat functionality will help them to get information regarding the company's HR policies, leaves, and other general information. The app also enables the employees to manage their leave applications and training materials.

The HR department can handle the whole employee management through the app.

What was the team composition?

They had a team of one PM, one Designer, two developers and a QA.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The product was properly delivered on time with great quality. The app is user-friendly and light. The workflows were logically handled and with limited time for bug fixings.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was indeed better and seamless. We had daily stand-up and periodic updates along with interim deliverables. The project was well planned and executed. Great work.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The development plan and execution practices were remarkable. The deliveries were always on time with zero surprises. The quality of the product was great..

Are there any areas for improvement?

Very few areas of improvement. They seem to be a well-organized team with quality deliveries and great discipline and ethics.

We hired DigitalAppStudio to develop a Resource Management software for one of our customers. The customer wanted to develop a solution that can manage their entire resource assets for better productivity.

The plan was to do an entire re-engineering of the process flows and workflows followed by the company and the expected timeline of the project completion was 8-10 months

The project was followed an agile methodologies with two-week sprints. The deliverables were on time.

Their project management and development were very transparent. The communication was through there internal software.

They were really good and we did not find any troubles or roadblocks in between.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

We haven’t had any significant issues in our collaboration. As part of our company practice, we’ve always thoroughly tested the deliverables, involving all our colleagues Everything is checked before an official launch, and we’ve had no complaints so far, as DigitalAppStudio’s support was very prompt. We are very happy with the end product

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

For me, working directly with them is the best part. They’ve produced great designs and code, but what’s truly great about them is their flexibility and easy communication. We always agree on how much time is needed for a specific project, but if we have to get in touch outside of the established schedule, they’re always responsive. This approach is very important, and it’s one of the main reasons why we’ve continued working together, as it adds value to the collaboration.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I want to emphasize how responsive DigitalAppStudio has been around any issue we’ve raised throughout our relationship. We’ve been able to start several projects at the same time, and still have them handled properly. Another plus for them is their capacity to see the big picture. They’re not just implementing requests; they already know our applications and approach, how we do, and how we like things to be done, and they can make the necessary connections. If something important is missed, if something does not fit in our request, they’re careful enough to mention it and start a discussion. Additionally, they make us aware of other better solutions for our projects if they find them. I see the collaboration more like a partnership rather than a client-vendor engagement.

Are there any areas for improvement?

They could recognize when the project goes out of scope and explain ideas earlier in the project. While their designs are powerful and great, the timeframe to build the project was quite long. There were a few things that I wanted to build, which we had to scale back because we didn’t realize that the project would take months.
