Any time we had questions or needed adjustments, he handled them quickly and with a solutions-oriented mindset.

A lot of agencies will manage ads at a surface level, but Logan approaches it like a true partner. He is constantly looking for ways to improve performance, bring new ideas, and push things forward instead of just maintaining the status quo.
Another thing that really impressed us is his ability to simplify something that can feel very complex. Whether it was the Google Grant or paid ads, he made everything easy to understand and always took the time to explain the “why” behind what he was doing. On top of that, his level of ownership is rare. He treats the account like it is his own, is proactive with communication, and consistently goes above and beyond without needing to be asked.
Overall, it’s the combination of strategic thinking, execution, communication, and genuine care that makes him stand out from others we’ve worked with.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Digital Tabby could have done differently?
Honestly, there’s very little we would change about our experience. If anything, the only “area for improvement” would be scaling even faster now that we’ve seen what’s possible. Once we saw the early results, we would have been open to pushing harder and expanding sooner across both the Google Grant and paid ads side.
Other than that, Logan and the Digital Tabby team have been extremely strong across the board. They are proactive, communicative, and consistently focused on improving performance, which is exactly what you want in a partner. Overall, it’s been a very smooth and positive experience, and we wouldn’t hesitate to continue working with them or recommend them to others.
