We needed a complete audit and revamp of our Google Ad Grant and Microsoft grant, as well as the execution of cleaning up/restructuring the accounts for conversion optimization.

• Complete revamp of account and strategy to conversion based, based on our unique needs. 
• More than $10,000 in spend each month which marks 3 consecutive months of max grant utilization. 
• Generated $5,830 in donations from the two months combined. 
• Tracked more than 700 dog adoption applications and 143 volunteer applications.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Managing digital advertising is so foreign and out of reach for many nonprofits. I couldn’t believe there was a resource/partner(Digital Tabby) that specialized so specifically in us - nonprofits, in animal welfare, with the Google ad grant we got but struggled to take proper advantage of. Logan knows it inside & out, and how it takes such a different approach than for-profit Google ads. In addition to his technical knowledge and execution, he also explains things in a way you’ll understand no matter who you are and working with him doesn’t mean a sea of meetings or emails you don’t have time for either. He does quick screen share videos, which makes for SUCH a more valuable use of the time and experience. Logan truly adds nothing but value.

Nope! Just wish I had more budget to work together more!

The unique aspect of working with this company was Logan's personal touch. He would send a recorded videos with live screen sharing so he could explain the exact changes he was making. This was also helpful when explaining specific challenges he was facing, so I could make an educated decision on how to move forward.

I’m the senior director of marketing and communications at COOP Careers, a nonprofit organization. We empower first-generation and low-income college graduates to overcome underemployment by providing digital skills training and peer networking. We help them secure upwardly mobile careers across major US cities.

Digital Tabby has set up all our campaigns, collaborated on content, provided reports, and optimized our grant to spend $10,000 every month. The team also handles ongoing management and adjustments to the campaigns.

Logan, the founder of Digital Tabby, reached out to me through an InMail on LinkedIn. Digital Tabby is one of the only agencies I know that specializes in Google Grant Management, which is exactly what we needed.

We started working together in May 2024, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Thanks to Digital Tabby, we’re finally spending the maximum ad grant amount each month and driving many more unique visitors to our website. We’ve almost surpassed the total number of unique visitors we had in 2024, and it’s only October 2025.

Moreover, we’re able to track our conversion events much better, and our clicks per conversion are within the benchmark.

Digital Tabby delivers on time 100%. Logan and Digital Tabby are amazing, knowledgeable, patient, and super responsive. We communicate via email, video reports, and some meetings.

I’m impressed by the depth of his knowledge and how he understands my needs. He responds to all my questions with detailed video responses. He learned early on that I love to understand what's up and gain knowledge, so he always always gives me more than I ask for, knowing that it helps me grow. I truly appreciate that.

Digital Tabby has increased our grant spend to $10,000 a month. We've also seen a rise in our website conversions in the form of newsletter submissions from two to 45 a month.

They deliver on time and communicate really well. We use email and video calls to communicate. We also had a phone call when our goals changed.
