My company engaged Digitial Strike - Targeted Marketing to work with us on our overall website and marketing strategy. The scope of work we were looking for major improvements on were our overall website development and design, improving our SEO & AEO, and increasing organic traffic to our website with prospective clients looking for our services.
Digital Strike outlined a step-by-step process on what their engagement with us would look like from start to finish, as well as set the expectations on the time to complete each step in every stage of their work. This included timelines for website design & development, optimizing our website service pages for SEO & AEO, the number of blog posts that would go out each month, and when we will start seeing changes in website traffic and lead generation.

 Our project began with reviewing our current website, SEO & AEO strategy, and organic lead generation. Digital Strike worked with my company to move our website to the WordPress platform and begin a website redesign for our desktop and mobile site. We then worked through each service page, carefully detailing who we are and how we serve our clients and prospective clients, so that each page would be better positioned for SEO & AEO. In the midst of this project, we worked with Digital Strike on a Brand Messaging Guide so that we can personally deliver our value proposition better to prospective clients, and that our brand would be more efficiently conveyed on our website. Digital Strike took great initiative on creating blog posts on our website and ensuring that there is a consistent cadence of material going out to attract prospective clients looking for our services.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• Increased monthly website traffic
• Increased the number of monthly lead contact inquiries through our website

The team consistently met deadlines of every action item they were responsible for completing and exceeded the original timeline they set on several project steps. This included transitioning over our website to WordPress and the redesign of our homepage and service pages. 
The few needs and requests we had for Digital Strike were responded with very professionally and in a timely manner. They made us feel that every question or request we had was addressed promptly and taken care of. Digital Strike openly shows that they have kept our best interest in mind throughout the scope of our engagement. All timelines set by our Digital Strike team were completed before or on time. We were very pleased with how quick, seamless, and efficient their workflow process is.

SEO Services to get more organic traffic to our product listings. Digital strike audited our websites, listing, the pages, the content, made recommendations. It was clear what would be implemented by us and by Digital Strike.

Our listings showed increase traction and traffic. Digital Strike delvired a status report on how the site was measured and provided periodic updates on how the SEO was working, what measures were making the most impact.

We found Digital strike to be personable and flexible. The deliverables on their side were implemented and executed faster than we could do them. We found them to be highly responsive. Sometimes we would make small comments and they would open and expand on those comments and tell us what could be done to address them.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their culture and attitude were overwhelmingly positive. Most importantly, they were highly competent in their field. We have spoken and worked with with some other companies that were great at selling their services but did not have the structures and systems to implment. We found Digital Strike to be slightly underselling and overdelivering.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Digital Strike - Targeted Marketing could have done differently?
