The scope of work included the complete development and technical implementation of our new website for Summit Business School, a fully online educational platform. Digital Spider was responsible for the front-end and back-end development, working closely with our design and content teams to ensure a seamless user experience.

Key deliverables included:

• Custom website architecture built on Sanity CMS and Next.js, optimised for performance and scalability;
• Responsive and multilingual design, adapted to both mobile and desktop environments;
• Integration of course pages, allowing dynamic content updates for multiple training formats (self-paced, live, corporate);
• Secure student enrollment and payment flow, including integration with Stripe and multi-currency support;
• SEO optimisation and loading speed improvements;
• Backend flexibility to support future expansions and CRM automations. 

The collaboration was agile and efficient, with regular progress updates, clear timelines, and proactive solutions at each stage of the process.

35% increase in form submissions within the first month, demonstrating a direct impact on lead generation.

The project management was highly effective. All major deliverables were completed on time, and communication throughout the process was smooth and clear. The team consistently responded to our questions and requests in under 24 hours, which gave us great confidence and agility during the development phase.

There was a minor two-week delay towards the end of the project, but this was due to dependencies involving a third party from our marketing team, and not the responsibility of the developers. Overall, Digital Spiders demonstrated strong organization, flexibility, and a solution-oriented mindset from start to finish.

What we found most impressive about Digital Spiders was their ability to understand exactly what we were looking for, even though we didn’t have much technical knowledge at the beginning of the project. They took the time to explain concepts in a clear, accessible way, making it easy for us to follow and make informed decisions.

Additionally, their availability to implement changes whenever we requested was outstanding. They listened to our feedback and made adjustments promptly, ensuring the project always aligned with our vision.

Lastly, the regular updates they provided, summarizing the current status of the project and outlining the next steps, were extremely helpful. They kept us informed on what was required on our end and what would depend on them, which kept the project moving forward smoothly and without confusion.

The code quality is excellent (confirmed by my husband, who has 20 years of industry experience), the design is flawless, and their communication was consistently prompt. My only regret is not discovering them sooner, as I spent a fortune on amateur developers and designers before. I highly recommend this agency to anyone needing a website on Gatsby or Astro!

Creating a paid newsletter where, each week, subscribers receive new guides about the science behind going viral in their inbox. This meant the project had two parts: 

• Converting the guides we already had in PDF format to a web version that could be more easily created and updated by our editors, had the ability to have interactive assignments, and was easier to use by subscribers on mobile devices. 
• Creating a landing page integrated with Stripe so we could sell the newsletter subscription.
