Digital Space Marketing did a fantastic job setting our website up to better utilize SEO, and we started seeing results almost immediately. They also streamlined our website to make it more appealing and readable.

Our website was very outdated and did not reflect our business well. I was embarrassed to even know that people would go to our website to learn more about our company and products. I was looking to have a much nicer website that would improve our sales.

I wanted a local company to do this work basically just to support a local business. I did a search and selected Clay and team based on information from their site. They seemed like they would be a good company to work with (and they are!).

The scope of this project was to deliver a completely redesigned website focused on marketing. We wanted visitor's to our website to have an easy way to contact us via e-mail, phone, or chat, schedule product demo's using Calendly, and submit their contact information to our MailChimp mail list.

I am not sure how many people did work on the site. Our primary contact was Luisa and she was wonderful to work with.

This project was just completed so I do not yet have specifics or feedback from anyone other than our team. Everyone here at Party Track is excited and loves the new website.

Our direct contact was with Luisa. She gathered information about the content we were looking to include on the site. She would provide us with links to review the pages that were created so we could provide feedback.

The end result, our website, is great. I could not have asked for a better result or a better company to work with.

My feeling is that everything was perfect.

After not being satisfied with several digital marketing companies, we hired Digital Space Marketing.

We considered several nationally known and local marketing firms. Digital Space Marketing personalized what we needed in a way that the cookie-cutter solutions of other companies didn't. Having "been there, done that" with these types of "cookie-cutter" firms in the past where we were just another number, we liked what Digital Space Marketing presented to us... Then the question was: Could they deliver?... The Short Answer: A resounding 'Yes'! They continue to exceed expectations.

They built us a new website, and have been maintaining / updating it for us. They manage our SEO, SEM, and social media marketing, as well as the copywriting & creative for our marketing.

We work with 3-4 different team members consistently depending on which specific aspect of our digital marketing we're talking about.

Website traffic metrics up across the board... Organic traffic, how long visitors stay on our site, how many pages they visit... and this correlates with revenue growth in our business. Put simply... They have substantially grown our business.

Seamless. Their team is excellent technically... and perhaps even better communicators. Communication is an area that's lacked with previous vendors. DSM gives us clear metrics that we can track without a bunch of marketing lingo.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

It's impressive how attentive they are to our needs. It seems like they can deliver on anything we ask. If there was ever a company I've worked with that embodied the sentiment that "The Customer Is Always Right", it's Digital Space Marketing. I feel like they are a partner in my business, rather than a marketing company who takes our money and checks some boxes they call "best practices".

They have exceeded their promises and our expectations on all aspects of their work for us.

Their willingness to work at our speed and walk us through the process impressed us.

Marketing concepts are always hard to communicate to non-marketers. This continues to be the challenge for all agencies. Digital Space does a great job!
