I am Marketing and Trade Marketing Manager in K&P Spirits, a company that works in Spirits industry in the Greek market.

For what projects/services did your company hire Digital Sapiens?

We are looking to expand our products awareness through social media and also we need a solid media plan for our top performance brands and also a company website (as we are new company in the market).

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to increase our sales volume, distribution and brand awareness. Also to educate consumers and opinion leaders in responsible drinking, new trends in consumption and our quality assets.

Due to COVID-19 we also need further enhancement in retail-stores which leads to home consumption

My team and I, knew Digital Sapiens from other projects that acomplished in our industry and we are delighted with the accuracy in the deadlines and the quality figures.

After selecting our actions, they started the detailed design of the individual fields. Then they presented them to us and started their implementation. They kept us informed about the progress and the next steps.

From the very first moments, we saw in our daily life the results of the actions. New customers invited us for collaborations after their visit to our corporate site.

In the beginning, I ‘ve worked closely with the company’s founders, to finalize the scope of work. During the project, I met the whole production team (creative, developers). They answered all of my questions and meet all the deadlines.

Since the beginning of our collaboration with Digital Sapiens we saw an significant increase on our Fans/Followers as well as our engagement has been achieved.

In addition, our website’s traffic has been improved and we are getting more leads

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We had an amazing collaboration. On a weekly basis we talk 1-2 times by phone. Once a month we have a meeting where we are presented with the results of our actions and we discuss the next steps.

The Digital Sapiens team is always very well prepared and this helps a lot in improving the results and in the comprehensive meeting.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The immediacy in the solution of each project, the correct treatment of the difficulties and the thorough analysis of the market and its opportunities.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Little room for improvement in the most creative and brand new ideas, because as is well known, the enemy of good is the best.

I am a Marketing Manager in the Coffee and Beverages Division of a beverage distributor. Our company distributes premium brands to the Greek domestic market. Our focus is on spirits, wines, beer and coffee.

When we begun our Facebook Instagram pages back in 2014 we hardly had any followers or likes. Now our pages are very attractive and dynamic and we have more than 9,000 followers on FB and +500 fans at Instagram.

The information, photos and videos with our audience is considered very interesting for coffee comminity.

We have daily contact with the team. They respond immediately and handle all situations in an exceptional manner.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was impressed how the team managed to adapt to the needs of the coffee community so fast. I was also impressed with the continuous flow of new ideas.

No. I believe that Digital Sapiens is a great company carrying out an excellent job.
