We requested to design a website and SEO for our digital presence. Digital Radium did an awesome job from start to finish to design and develop a professional website that meets our requirements. The work is outstanding, and they go above and beyond to meet the requirements. The design of our website looked attractive and professional, and the content was apt. 

The developers who worked on our work were very professional, mindful of our needs, responsive, and delivered our website within weeks. Loved their work and professionalism. Coming back to them for our future needs!

I am the founder and partner of a business advisory firm focused on provided services as a Fractional COO and Business Advisory. I primarily working with small to mid market businesses between $2-$100MM Annual Revenue.

I launced my business in July of last year. Digital Radium captured the essence of my business, and provided a compelling and professional website to help me develop my brand and market credibility.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

The founder of Digital Radium and I have mutual connections in our network that led us to one another. We have similar ambitions about how to help others and deliver value to our clients so the partnership seemed to be between businesses with mutual objectives.

Digital Radium utilized a full complement of the latest capabilities in development and also focused on SEO to drive attention to my site. The focus was to be able to provide an overview of my service model, the differentiation of service, a catalog of content through a blog library and capability to capture leads.

The owner, and project director were primary contributors in my interface, but there were several developers on the team who contributed to the creation and ongoing revisions to the site.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Since I launched my firm I have had over 140 networking 1 on 1s. Most of those are with new people I have not met previously. I routinely receive unsolicited and outstanding feedback on the quality and clarity of the site.

We had a very collaborative working arrangement. At the beginning there was a discussion where I was able to share my key objectives, and also to share examples of site styles that I preferred. Once established the team came back with a generous mock up of ideas, and we worked together on a weekly basis to collaborate on the creation and design prior to launch.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I enjoyed the collaboration. I am able to put my stamp on the vision of the site and the message while leveraging their perspective and expertise to create a well designed end product.

No.

For what projects/services did your company hire Digital Radium, and what were your goals?

We were looking to engage an expert to build a custom dashboard that is more of a reporting tool that can extract data from different third-party applications. We wanted a resource who can stretch and work during the holidays as we had a tight timeline.

How did you select Digital Radium and what were the deciding factors?

We interviewed many companies in St. Louis and we found Digital Radium more experienced as they have done several similar works that match our requirement. We also wanted an organization that can work to our timeline as we had holidays in between and Digital Radium was kind enough to agree to work during the holidays, we liked their flexibility and we decided to engage Digital Radium

The requirement was to create a custom dashboard for analytics and reporting. We did not have the budget for the licensed tools so Digital Radium came up with recommendations like D3.JS for visualization and Mongo DB and Node.JS for the backend. We hosted the whole application in AWS infrastructure and we also integrated the Single Sign-On with our organization to ensure the application can be accessed only by verified users.

The Dashboard was custom made to match our requirement. Digital Radium presented the clickable wireframes within 3 weeks from the start date and once we approved the designs they immediately moved to the development phase. The whole development took 3 months time that including the user acceptance testing and quality check. It was first hosted in a staging server within AWS and then moved to the liver server.

I know there were 3 people who worked on the application but it was only one person who was our point of contact.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The overall feedback was good and we will definitely engage them again. We received the updates well in advance.

We use Slack for all our communication and Confluence/Jira for the project management. Digital Radium was well-versed with both these tools so we were really comfortable throughout the engagement.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They never kept us in dark, that was the best thing. They continuously updated the progress on the application and they made sure they didn't miss any timelines.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They asked me the same question during the sign-off but honestly, I couldn't think of any areas they could improve.

I need one stop shop for all my marketing and digital media needs. Our business is very specialized so it was critical to have a company like Digital Radium to understand our needs and goals as they did.

We met Digital Radium through Local networking and chose them based on their high level of understanding of our needs. The pricing in our opinion is undervalued given their expertise. They demonstrated a strong knowledge with website, digital marketing and seo.

They built the website from ground up and maintaining the SEO for us. Through all sources of digital medial they took an unknown company to number 1 ranking in very little time.

The website was more comprehensive then required and expected with nothing less than professional quality throughout. They understood what we do and they are conveying it in language that our prospective customers can understand. They also advised how we should position ourselves in the market and we simply followed it.

Their communication is up to the expectations. They have never kept us in dark and they update on the project progress periodically even if we don't ask.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The way they understand our area of expertise is good, while not many can really understand our product or service but Digital Radium has done this well. They came up with the proper keyword research that matches our industry and helped us rank for some of the competitive keywords. They also connected our website with LACRM which saves us a lot of time and helps of focus on what we do.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing much. They are good with whatever they are currently doing.
