Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm the co-founder of HuggyStudio, we are a no-code agency that also offers education as a service. We focus on the development of new products for entrepreneurs and innovation teams.

For what projects/services did your company hire Digital Leverage?

We wanted to build a content hub around the "no-code" topic to share our knowledge and rank on Google. As it required specific skills (SEO + Content creation), we wanted to work with experts in that field to avoid beginner mistakes and become thought-leaders in our field.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We had past experience with Digital Leverage. We enjoyed working with them and they are famous for their high-quality standards. We had several discussions about our situation and the team quickly came up with a plan that went beyond our expectations. We agreed and started working together.

During our kick-off meeting, we defined the target audience and the relevant topics to cover. After that, we defined a content creation that was well-organized and efficient. Digital Leverage took on the lead and pushed the content creation, we reviewed the content and published it.

Now, the team is moving more into a Coach while we internalize the content creation process. Digital Leverage adjusts to match our needs, which is highly appreciated.

We had one single person of contact but collaborated with a total of 3 employees for various projects.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our new blog went from 0 to 3'000 visitors per month, we built up internal knowledge and are still working on our strategy with Digital Leverage to grow further.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was very effective, the process was well defined and the roles were clear. It started with an intense content creation period, then moved to monthly reviews. We now have bi-weekly coaching sessions.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They have deep expertise in-house and their quality standards are high. They want us to succeed and it always felt like they were an internal part of the team. They are proactive and come up with new ideas to reach our goals.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The kick-off meeting was quite intense and I think we were not 100% ready internally. I would recommend sending the questions through beforehand so that the team can align first.

I am the head of communication and marketing of Swiss/Zurich based prop tech startup. We develop real estate projects and offer real estate co-investment options.

We were growing our services, and we wanted to expand our organic reach. We hired the team of Digital Leverage to provide full-scale SEO services to improve our rankings and grow traffic to our existing website, as well as optimize on-page and off-page.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We followed a referral and interviewed them along with two competitors. After hearing their proposal and price point, we felt that Digital Leverage was the perfect fit and after over a year we still feel the same and the contract is ongoing.

Initially, we brought them in because of a Website relaunch. We started with a discovery phase and work shops and laid out our goals. Marco and his team helped us with keyword research and performed an analysis of our competitors. From there, they made on-site changes and created new collateral with our updated tactic and keywords.

Their team also writes monthly blog posts for our website in co-work with professional copywriters knowing our field and the Swiss real estate market.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Since implementing the SEO efforts, we're ranking on the 1st page for several relevant keywords. Our site traffic is steadily growing, too.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

They've been great at managing our expectations and meeting deadlines. We mostly use Slack and email to communicate and have a bi-weekly video-call to discuss project relevant topics. They are always quick to respond and implement changes.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their level of professionalism and overall knowledge within the industry stands out. They put in a lot of due diligence before getting started, and it ensures having a still ongoing, smooth project. Also, I really appreciate the collegial work relationship with Marco paired with his willingness to deliver.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Sometimes I'd like it if they came to the table with even more ideas on what could be done to further improve our business, but they are very creative in finding solutions already.
