Digital Fortress has developed and maintains our GPS web application. This powerful tool allows our customers to track assets, optimize routes, and enhance operational efficiency. In addition to the GPS webapp, Digital Fortress is responsible for maintaining all of our vital support tools. They have built and manage our internal Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. 

This centralized platform enables our team to effectively manage customer interactions, track sales pipelines, and deliver exceptional service. By leveraging the CRM, we can strengthen customer relationships and drive business growth. Furthermore, Digital Fortress maintains various software solutions that are essential to our daily operations. From project management tools to collaboration platforms, their team ensures that our software infrastructure is robust, secure, and aligned with our business needs.

We have had several times that were emergencies in there way off hours. We were always able to reach someone to assist us.

Had some small issues with English with one of their developers, but was quickly solved.

Digital Fortress was given the task to maintain and enhance our mobile app. One of the tasks was to bring our mobile app platform up-to-date on features that were already available on our web platform

Digital Fortress was not only able to build all the features that we agreed on, they were also able to complete the project within the timeframe agreed upon and we were able to launch our app on time and within budget. Furthermore, they were also able to advise us on improvements and optimizations that could be made to make the mobile app more user-friendly.

Definitely on time, efficiently and code quality is top-notch. We stay in constant contact daily via email and an online messaging platform and they are always quick to respond to any bugs or change.

• Ingesting the data into Timestream
• Visualising the data with Grafana
• Create a digital twin of the lecture room with IoT Twinmaker
