They are always able to handle whatever we throw at them and their experience allows us to find quick and easy fixes for any issues that arise.

Emer has always been very helpful and quick to action each and every task. We couldn't ask for more!

I am the owner of a UK supplier of plants, hedging, hedge plants, fruits, shrubs and a wide assortment of garden sundries. ScotPlants Direct is a long running Scottish based nursery, in Glenrothes, Fife. We are a UK wide supplier and grower of Hedging Plants, Ornamental Trees, Bareroot plants and trees, fruit trees and bushes and garden supplies.

We supply residential and commercial customers across Scotland and the rest of the UK from our plant nursery base in Glenrothes, Fife. We sell in large volumes and have been increasing our product line each year

Recommended from a colleague as we are not anywhere in the ball park of creating the campagins, etc assocaited with google ad words and needed someone with a good wide knowedge of not only the campagins assocaited with google ads, but in line with our business.

Digital Democracy was able to take all our products and create extensive campagins with google ads that have enabled the company to grow each year. It is absolutely amazing that this company can weave all our products into such a strongf presence on the web is beyond us.

We work very closely with digital democracy and have provided this company full contrrol of all the ad campagins, budgets and have provided access to other members of our online shopping making this an extremely strong, effective team

Our company has seen a tremendous increase all around of about 60-80% turnover and this increases each year. We have had phenomenal success with this project and continue to see more and more strong sales for the future

We have regular communication between all our team members and they are very good at working with one another on their own, which is a great advantage to a strong team. They are good at organising and recognising the needs of the marketing strengths and continue tol compliment one another

The commitment from Digital Democracy has been tremendous and the ability to take a failing google ad campagin from the start from us and create an advertising and marketing facility that has increased our sales through the roof is beyond belief. Dedicated, creative, professional and amazing

there is nothing that we could have done differently as we put all our faith into digital democracy and are truly thankful that they have taken our little company and shot us through the clouds...This company has been a very strong assesset to this company and the relationship that has built up over the years is super. Digital Democracy spent time getting to know us, our business and our goals. They spent a short period of time trialing various angles for our advertising, refining until they found what worked best. Over the years this has shifted and changed and the team has responded and kept the adverts in line with Google policy and achieving our goals.

I have primarily contact with one of their team but on rare occasions have had reason to work with another team member.

We have a regular flow of new clients and returning clients who profess to have found us online and who appreciate the informative online presence we present. Out work with Digital Democracy ensures our online presence is found by anyone looking for our services in our area. We are easily searchable and always appear on the first page for our most important keywords and this translates to a high level of new bookings each month.

We use email to communicate and they are always quick to respond and follow through on any queries, concerns or requests. They are happy to help with advise on new ideas for campaigns or with issues with existing campaigns. We receive monthly reports of progress.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Advertising in our industry can be tricky if you do not want to be misbranded and our services confused with other offerings. Digital Democracy took the time to hear us out on our concerns in this area and have always been careful to steer clear of campaigns that may jeopardise our reputation.

There is always room for improvement but we are happy with their services to date and are happy to keep using their services.

Initially we started with moving our Google Ads and Bing campaign over to Digital Democracy, then they also set up and manage our Facebook campaign. We were a new business at the time and tried a couple of other agencies but they wouldn't give the campaign the time it needed due to the complexity of marketing healthcare products online.

How did you select Digital Democracy and what were the deciding factors?

We spoke to and tried a couple of other agencies but after speaking to digital democracy they seemed keen on keeping on top of challenges within Google policies to ensure we have a smooth running campaign.

Our main goal was to attract customers to our website and filter through the most converting keywords at a low initial budget so we could scale faster. This meant that the ads campaigns and analytics would have to be monitored regularly and the campaigns managed closely.

We use Digital Democracy to run all of our online Pay Per Click advertising campaigns through Google Adwords.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I initially contacted Digital Democracy following a third party recommendation. After making contact with Emer and discussing our need for professional help in managing our existing PPC Campaigns she carried out a complete audit of our Adwords Account. This revealed several areas requiring improvement and particularly areas where we were basically wasting our budget. As a result we decided that Emer and her team at Digital Democracy were the right people to handle our PPC Advertising Campaigns.

Having previously carried out a complete audit of our Adwords account it was possible to see the priority areas where improvements could be made. Some campaigns were losing money and these obviously needed immediate attention while others needed less urgent measures but could be improved upon over time. Emer started making incremental changes to these campains over the first few months as we didn't want make drastic changes and lose any existing revenue coming through from our Adwords Advertising.

Gradually the whole advertising project became far better organised and focused than had ever been achieved previously, with monthly reports showing the cost per click, monthly spend and most importantly the conversion rate and cost. The reports basically give us everything that we need to know about performance and costs on a monthly ongoing basis.

Emer works directly with ourselves and she takes personal charge and responsibility for our account.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Since using the services of Digital Democracy we have seen a steady increase in sales with a reduction in our average cost per click. We have also noticed a greater spread of sales throughout our product range which directly relates to the changes that have been made to our campaigns and this has been another positive benefit.

We usually make contact by email with the occasional telephone call. We have no problems whatsoever with communications between us, if I email with an idea or question Emer gets back to me almost immediately. Although they are a thoroughly professional company they are also easy to deal with and they explain complicated systems in an easy to understand language.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I find their depth of knowledge about Google Adwords and its many peculiarities amazing. I initally dealt with all of our online marketing myself and I became aware of how complicated Adwords was becoming. It was only after Emer re-designed our Campaigns and showed the results of those changes that I realized how little I understood about PPC advertising with Adwords. I'm glad that we came across Digital Democracy as their in-depth knowledge about PPC advertising in general and Google Adwords specifically has been invaluable.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I'm very happy with the way that this project is continuing and I'm sure that any suggestions and ideas for improvements from either side can always be made in our regular contact sessions.
