They deveoped our marketplace interfaces. We hired React, Vue.js, and Php developers to support our team. Their tasks were to own development tickets and create front-end interfaces that matched the team's designs.

Even with an incredibly short notice and deadline, the Digital Colliers was able to develop an interface for us within a week of request. This was a critical timeline for our clients, and meeting it would have been impossible without Digital Colliers as our team was already at capacity. Their developers were always available, highly communicative, and crushed their respective tasks. The management team at Digital colliers was always willing to help and work with us to provide our team as many resources as we needed with little to no lead time.

They body leased developers to us that merged seamlessly into our existing developer teams. The developers took guidance from our PMs and acted as an extension of our team in times that we needed them most

How quickly they were able to provide us developers on short notice and their flexibility to work with our ever-evolving needs. Having developers available on-demand definitely does not sound easy, and they've always managed to do it!

I'm the co-owner of a digital agency. We provide design, development, and online marketing services to small and medium-sized enterprises.

We were approach by an existing client to build a reasonably complex online catalogue web application. We chose WordPress for the project but lacked the in-house skillset to develop the project.

We hired Digital Colliers to formulate a development solution to mapped concepts that we provided. The goal was to produce an application that was easy to use, looked attractive, and performed well.

As the concept related to the ability for a global audience to view and purchase artworks of considerable value, its need became pressing as COVID19 began to take hold. The urgent need to get the project up and running was embraced by Digital Colliers who worked to a very tight schedule.

We were impressed by Digital Colliers attention to detail in the very early phases of interaction. Long before we committed to the project, Digital Colliers took the time to understand every element of the task ahead. This, combined with their excellent communication skills, gave us the confidence to entrust the development side of a valuable and highly visible project to Digital Colliers.

They demonstrated foresight, planning, and a high level of technical understanding combined with excellent customer service and high level communication skills. These factors all contributed to our decision to hire the firm.

From the basic concepts that we provided, Digital Colliers developed a solution that seamlessly combined a series of technologies into a cohesive and functional whole. We produced an interactive mock-up for our client. Once this was signed off, we provided this and our conceptual diagrams to Digital Colliers for action. They then developed the site to a near-launch state at which point we engaged our client for final approval.

The technologies used included WordPress, ACF, CPT UI, PHP, Elementor Pro, Anywhere Elementor Pro and Formidable Forms.

We work with three people, two of the founders and over the course of the project, two developers.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our client was extremely impressed with the end result. Its look, feel and functionality was perfect and the back-end usability allowed even untrained staff to use the system without issue. The application now forms an important part of our client's operations and we continue to be able to expand and extend upon it as new requirements are introduced.

Project management was excellent with regular updates, fast responses to communications and the use of a Kanban board to track tasks (we have since adopted this process within our own agency). We found Digital Colliers to be diligent, dedicated, hands-on and extremely responsible. The owned the project completely and remained accountable throughout. In summary, they acted as part of our team which was perhaps the most powerful aspect of their overall approach.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Fast, friendly, professional, talented and completely trustworthy. We felt as though we could depend 100% on the team to work through any issues, deliver on time and produce results of outstanding quality.

We were unable to provide any suggestions for improvement. The service and results were perfect.

Our company’s main range of activity is industrial wholesale and retail but we also handle teletechnical, low current, photovoltaics and smart home installations as well as prefabrication of electrical switchboards. I'm the owner of the company.

As a member of a partner group bringing together more than 30 companies in the electronics retail and installation industry located all over Poland, we struggled with customer management as they were scattered all over the country. Finding an available specialist and all the necessary equipment was a long and difficult process that involved reaching and filtering out all of the partnered companies. We needed an application that would manage all of the daily assignments in order to better organise the cooperation, improve on communication, and make it easier to distribute the received orders.

A friend of mine told me about the company and after contacting them we instantly got along.

We wanted an online system to deal with orders that were inconvenient or impossible to execute at a given time because of the location, date or just the sheer amount of them. If something came up we needed to communicate and take care of it much quicker than we did formerly. After talking with one of the co-founders, they took a deep interest in our way of functioning, got to know us and proposed a bunch of solutions to each one of our problems in order to find an option best suited to us.

After agreeing on the final product they first created a mock-up and a wireframe to show us the concept. Before implementing the final product we were shown an MVP and gave some feedback about its functionality. What is more, they offered regular updates on the progress and kept their flexibility on minor changes I asked for during the development.

I only talked to the management but i think there were 7 developers and two designers.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

I can clearly see that with the new application my partners and I collaborate more often, and now I don’t miss on any deals I would previously have to let go because of not having the time or people to deal with.

I kept in touch with the project manager almost on a daily basis using Slack and Google Meets, exchanging new ideas, making sure we’re on the same page and all of my or my partners’ requirements were satisfied.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive quality was their involvement in every aspect of the company. They asked a lot of questions and tried to understand my problems from my point of view.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There were some problems with implementing the application because of my partners, they all had slightly different difficulties, visions, and requirements so it took a lot of time for Digital Colliers to sort out all of the problems for the system to be up and running flawlessly.

I am the Managing/Technical Director at a company which specializes in delivering spare parts for earthmoving machines. Our company has about 50 employees and we serve our clients of construction, energy and manufacturing industry in most countries of Eastern Europe. Headquartered in Poland, for over nearly 20 years of its activity the company has acquired the reputation of a partner providing the highest level of service and supplying products of the highest quality in the market.

We needed to automate our processes of serving regular customers. We hired DC to create a B2B web application to improve some of these processes. The application needed to allow our customers and partners to manage spare parts equipped in their machine fleet, supply orders, machine service requests and many other services related to our company.

How did you select Digital Colliers and what were the deciding factors?

We worked earlier before as DC was our programming outsourcing provider. Providing us with high-quality work and maintaining good communication over that period, made us decide to initiate work on an application with DC.

We needed a web B2B solution that would let us improve the process of serving regular customers and partners by giving them availability to manage and control our products in their machines. Also, we wanted to improve our support repair service processes by adding to the application additional functionality.

DC performed an analysis of our problems, prepared suggested solutions, and planned the project. We have been provided with wireframes and an interactive mock-up of the application before development started. We have built the customer module, which was allowing our customers to add machines to their fleet. The customer was then able to manage, control and order from our company spare parts of a specific machine from the fleet.

We integrated the application with our warehouse ERP data and let the customer see, plan and order our product by clicking the right part of the interactive machine model in the fleet panel. The application is tracking the life span of spare parts and provides the customer with a clear summary of the most important data or reminders.

We have created additional functionality for managing and requesting our terrain spare parts replacement or repairing services. The customer is also able to report to us the most of the specific issues related to our products through a special online form and request for a terrain repair service.

As we integrated this part of the application with our HR system, we are able to provide the customer with actual information about the availability of our engineers and the possibility to order service through the application.

The team consisted of one project manager, 4 full-stack developers and one UX/UI designer supported by QA. The team was closely cooperating with an analyst from our company.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The solution worked exactly as expected, we met with highly positive feedback from our customers. Both, our employees and customers felt significant improvement in our processes. The application lets us perform a variety of actions more efficiently and in a simpler and more controlled way.

The Project Manager led the project from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans. Most of the communication was kept mainly with the Project Manager but the development team was always willing to help and were always explaining their reasoning behind some of the crucial technical decisions.

The workflow was very effective, the team used the scrum methodology. We always knew at what stage of the work we were at the moment. Everyone was informed throughout the project and there were no delays or major issues.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

DC showed a high level of engagement in the project. They have a very clear picture of what we need to achieve and always suggested several solutions before delivery for each problem. They taught us a lot about working in an agile environment. They were engaged in every aspect of the process.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There were not quite any major improvement areas to point out. We may have been discussing the data categorization a little bit too long but the topic was strictly related to our industry so it could be quite demanding to fully understand the concepts in a short period.

Limonkova Lunch Bar is a small students restaurant located at the AGH university of science and technology in Kraków. I was event manager.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to be more recognisable among the other restaurants nearby, create a website and start promoting ourselves on social media.

They were recommended to me by a common friend.

First, there was an initial call, where I have explained all of the requirements and was asked a lot of questions. The following day, they provided me with an estimate and an offer.

After the first week, they have presented the design and after a few minor corrections they have started the development. The website was delivered after one month without much interaction.

The key features were: instagram integration, responsive design and integrated CMS.

What was the team composition?

I have contacted only the project manager who was also a developer but I think there was also one graphic designer and another developer involved.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After a year since the development we can see that our brand gained much more recognition among the students and the delivery services we provide have increased double fold.

There wasn't much interaction between us, because there was no need to. The few calls we have had were brief and concise.

They have created something that exceeded my expectations without much contribution from my side.
