I'm the MD of Morph Bricks Ltd which developed the Morph Brick system and design and supply Morph solutions for our clients

For what projects/services did your company hire Digital Artflow, and what were your goals?

We wanted some self build software to allow clients to see the flexibility of the range and to see how they can use the product to build all types of products and bespoke solutions.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We seleted Digital Flow as we had been researching for some time to find a solution and some of the other companies attempted to design the software but failed. Happily Digital Flow succeeded!

We had to develop a brief for Digital Flow and then they broke the project down into milestones which they gradually worked through.

I had one point of contact which was Dan S. but he had a larger team that he used for the various aspects of the project.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

To early to say as we have only just launched

Dan's response rate to questions was very quick which was great. We were able to complete most things via email which was ideal as for personal reasons I had very limited opportunities for calls and Zooms during much of the project. The project took longer than I hoped but certain details in the development were more complex than we anticipated so I can live with that.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were able to clearly see what I wanted to achieve and they have made other suggestions at various point of the project that have improved the end result. We now have a user friendly creator tool that cliets can use which looks great and is fun to use!

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

If we had been able to keep to the original timescale that would have been great but the end result was worth it and there were technical aspects which caused delays so I understand.

To create and implement a 3D room planning tool that enables users to create their learning spaces with Gratnells kit options.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Gratnells Product Designer worked with Digitial Art Flow in the past and was keen to continue the working relationship.

Initial tool was available within time frame and worked really well. Since then, we have added several additional functionalities to the software package, each of which came with their own timeframe to deliver.

Very impressed with the instant communication that came from emails and calls. Dan was on top of the project the entire time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Dan's communication style made it easier for me to understand things I had not known before about the back end of the software. He was very approachable throughout the entire project and continues to support me when I need it.

The project management is really good. Dan clear every task in details. We communicate through Upwork.

The documentation for each task and ticket was prepared in a very detail-oriented way.

Although our time zones were very far apart, they were quick to answer questions and replies as soon as they received them.

The speed at which they were able to make changes per our requests was great!

As it seems they were not familiar with our type of construction, it may have been helpful to have a U.S.-based representative that could come and get a better understanding of the details of our work.
